Good, but missing a key feature
What do you like best about the product?
very beautiful designs and easy to create forms
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the forms don't "autocomplete" common fields like email address, first-last name, mailing address, etc. Other form builders I have tested do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want a user-friendly form builder like Typeform but that catches IP address (Typeform does not do this)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the text style of the surveys. We do a bunch of surveys that are taken primarily on cell phones, so the text style make it comfortable for those users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but I would like to see a map where people can pin things on in the future, and the option for folks to upload a picture.

They are a great company to work with, and it's a lovely format.
A handy power tool which is also delightful to use
What do you like best about the product?
The templatization of overall survey process makes it pretty quick as a process. Also, I like the way they represent the final results, which makes them easy to consume and analyze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can start to create a personality of its own with a little more innovation. Currently it seems like a more affordable alternative to Typeform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly UX research surveys, for both pre and post design stage. The benefits are having an easy and good looking tool, which ensures that even longer surveys have pretty less drop rate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have a trial available. It is a zero risk situation. Try it for yourself. It worked for me. Hope it helps you all too.

Only option is to purchase an annual plan, not monthly. But they do give extended trials, which is great.

SurveySparrow is a great tool that allows you to carry out and send personalized surveys, this can be sent directly by email or a social network such as Facebook or Twitter, highlighting that it offers integration with various commercial applications such as CRM and internal communication software.

SurveySparrow offers simplicity and ease to create a survey in the best way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit of SurveySparrow is to obtain multilingual surveys, which makes the platform a very versatile platform that provides more than 50 different languages and gives us the possibility to choose a specific language and make use of the survey translated into the language you want. The best thing about this platform is that it offers a very modern style when conducting surveys.

I highly recommend SurveySparrow for its versatility and flexibility, coupled with ease of organization, this survey software makes it easy and instant to create, test, and modify surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that SurveySparrow offers a number of different types of surveys to create. Whether you want to make a basic classic survey, a chat-style survey, or even an offline "kiosk" survey, there is an option for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had no budget to work with, and I needed a free product in order to accomplish what I needed. Unfortunately, the trial version of SurveySparrow only allows for 100 responses, so there was no way this would work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize SurveySparrow for what I needed, since the response quantity is limited for a free trial account. The basic plan is $19 per month, but with no budget, I couldn't make it work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know the limitations of the free trial. Expect to pay if you really want to use this for any kind of big project.
