Great Site with many features
What do you like best about the product?
The option to make questions that only appear if certain conditions are met, for instance if you are a women you don't need to go through all the questions intended for men

I kind of didn't find anything I didn't like yet

I used it for a campaign and it was amazing how much more data I could collect using it

I recommend buying the premium version as it consists of many more features than the basic one.

I appreciate all the support and outreach for Survey Sparrow, though it's a great WYSIWYG experience already. Very intuitive.

So far, not much to dislike, though a few more font editing options in the builder would be useful.

Looking for more engagement with internal employee surveys, more interactive experience, item logic is great.

Cost was reasonable. Surveys were easy to create and visually attractive.

Support was spotty. Reports did not meet my expectations. I was looking for the ability to edit reports and did not like the word clouds and word lists that were placed about each set of comments.

Survey sparrow helps me getting customer feedback in a really efficient way. The ux is great, it's really easy to
use and there is a lot of flexibility in creating surveys.

We use survey sparrow to identify ux issues in our online platform
It's a decent tool for 360 assessments
What do you like best about the product?
It's very customizable, offers different sleek looks, and is easy to use. The price is fair. They offer a trial period of two weeks for you to try it. Their customer service was pretty responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The questions that come with the 360 are not very useful, you will have to do a good amount of research to find/come up with questions to insert into their tool if you want to get valuable data. And you have to purchase a minimum of 10 at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have any problems t solve, but we did the 360's to help our employees with their self-development and self-awareness. The benefit was that it offered multiple viewpoints to observe trends, identify areas of improvement, and help us come up with action items. We used it along with a coaching session.
Great Survey Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love being able to set up a chat-style survey. I received a lot of feedback from survey-takers about how engaging that format is. I also love the way SurveySparrow reports survey responses. Setting up our survey was extremely easy. SurveySparrow is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was only able to utilize the free trial of SurveySparrow. In that time, I found nothing I disliked. I am very hopeful that our non-profit will budget for a SurveySparrow account in our next fiscal year, because I think this tool would be invaluable to our organization!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a volunteer coordinator with new vision for our volunteer ministry. I surveyed current volunteers to assess if they feel appreciated by our organization, how they feel appreciated, and if they would have interest in being a part of book studies, trainings, etc. This not only helps me check the pulse of our volunteer ministry, but also gives me clear data to use in presentations to our leadership team and board.

You will not regret giving SurveySparrow a try!

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it integrates within Hubspot for us. Being able to track everything on that CRM is our #1 favorite thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could complain about is the design features. As a graphic designer, I'd love more capabilities. For someone who isn't, I'm sure this is so simple for them to use.

We're collecting reviews and data from our current clients so we can learn how to benefit them more in the future.
Easy and amazing tool to create surveys!
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is so simple to create amazing surveys. They offer precisely what I was looking for. Love their UI and the fact how easy it is to collect the data that I'm looking for. Theor pricing isn't that expensive as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One has to spend some time in order to know the functions of this tool. It can be a bit challenging at times to navigate everything.

I work as a customer success executive at a startup. At times I would need to gather some data/information about our product from our customers, and that is when I use survey sparrow, which I feel is very convenient for me.
