I found that bulk importing contacts was clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can automatically link the survey to a google sheet and it will also notify me and anyone i choose of a new review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, other than the other softwares I've been using to accomplish reviews will not allow me to copy and paste the entire review form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting client feedback and ultimately planning to use the statistics from the reviews for marketing materials AND to also make business decisions based on client needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how easy it is to use the software and if it does what you need quickly. Consider how quickly they respond if you have a question. Consider how polite the customer service ppl are.

Simplicity, nice user experience and clean user interface.

I use power bi to process the data for my org.
I like the price compared with other platforms.

The reports could be better in a sense of attaching permission to specific users to see specific questions
An easier way to give permission to team leaders to view results.

Collection of internal feedback to analyse and share insights with wider org.

It is a great platform for the preparation of surveys in an easy and personalized way.
It offers a lot of templates, the best thing about the templates is that they have a question format at a time, also it has three different types of templates: video polls, chat and classic forms.
Video surveys can be done by adding video clips, this helps improve participation.
It offers integration with other popular software such as: with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Mailchimp and Google Sheets.

SurveySparrow enables you to track progress and drive continuous improvement of the experience for all of our surveys.

It offers a lot of customizations.

The platform is so easy to use that you can complete a survey in just a few clicks.

Its impressive integration with Stripe brings good benefits such as: collecting payments, setting up payments, managing and accepting coupons and discounts, and keeping track of your order payments with ease.

It allows you to quickly share surveys on my social channels on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google Plus, and best of all in the end, is being able to get as many responses as I want.

SurveySparrow is highly recommended because it allows you to view the responses to the survey in real time, as well as providing detailed information such as: details such as the IP address of the respondents, the start and end time of the survey, in addition to all the questions and answers.

What do you like best about the product?
The product was super easy to use developed beautiful reports and overall gave a great user experience when they were completing the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt the repetition was not as customisable as survey monkey
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for our shorter surveys and showing our teams to focus more on our larger surveys. The ability for this to make surveys and reports easily is amazing

the friendly design, it was very easy to understand how worked

When I was trying to create a comparison between 2 pictures, the description of each one that I made was not showing all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
normal surveys are kind of boring and Survey Sparrow makes the experience more fun for the creator and people who fill the survey.

What do you like best about the product?
Google Forms came first. Free, fast and integrated with Google Drive. Then Typeform burst onto the scene with its unique one-question-screen gimmick. Now SurveySparrow gives new meaning to "beautiful and useful surveys". This is where it knocks it out of the park. Basically Canva meets Forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is one key element I'm not sure is on point. With tools such as Mailchimp and Hotjar delivering stellar UX, SurveySparrow seems mediocre. Not bad, but enough "not great" that it sort of blends in with the rest and becomes forgettable. All in all I feel like it needs a fresh coat of paint on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been trying to find a solution that's both easy to use and beautiful - mostly for the end user. This tool seems to match those needs. The rest are nice to have, as they have become just the baseline - analyzing responses, gathering information, multi-step questions.
