What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up. Lots of flexibility in designing surveys. The translation function makes doing multi-language super simple. Plenty of flexibility in reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scoring could be a little bit easier I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring quality within my clients' organization.

Simple to use. A novice will be up and running in no time. There is something there for everybody.

What do you like best about the product?
You can’t go past ease of use. When I was testing SurveySparrow, it was hard not to attracted to the Bot or Chat Survey templates. Like other survey providers SurveySparrow have an abundant collection of attractive templates to set you in the right direction. As a result, they are hard to ignore as one of the best survey tools currently available.

Their templates cover a large range of industry: Banking, Marketing, Healthcare, Travel, Education, Community, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything from a business standpoint or usability, but the reality is that the free version is too limited in only allowing 50 responses a month to actually be useful to anyone to really garner any useful feedback in terms of analysis due to the general concept that at least 100 people need to be surveyed to gain any useful statistics. There are currently other survey providers who already allow that minimum of 100 respondents per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used SurveySparrow purely to compare them with other providers.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the tons of customization options and how fast the whole thing can be done. I also want to mention the quality of UI, it really makes a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a student, I can't say I am the biggest fan of the pricing But I guess it's worth it as it gets my job done. So at the end of the day, i would recommend SurveySparrow

Easy Way to Survey!

What do you like best about the product?
Was easy to learn and implement. Very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
A little expensive if you only use it a few times a year. Also was open to duplication from one participant. I received long responses that were exactly the same from multiple email accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting feedback on my category (footwear / foot health)

The SurveySparrow is genuine and our hardwork to complete the survey doesn't go into vein.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some survey may be disqualified because we may not be eligible to attend the survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is any problem yet, I have learnt few brand names by doing this survey.

What do you like best about the product?
SS is easy to use and very intuitive. I love using it for my surveys for my prospects who visit my website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! But i feel like the trial period should have gone on longer. Prices are relative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to solve the problem of capturing good quality leads from my website. I feel like I needed a tool and SS is the one!

What do you like best about the product?
The user onboarding, and how easy it is to set up your surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an automatic price gauge when trying to get paid survey completions. I had to wait over a week to even get an estimate, after back and forth emails.
