Good omnichannel survey product
What do you like best about the product?
Conversational forms, Recurring Surveys, and Insights
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to do A/B Testing on the surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We worked on few use cases :
1. User Persona Research - Conversational Form helped to get more survey completion.
2. NPS - Recurring surveys helped automated quarterly surveys to go without manual intervention.
For both we wanted a no-code solution and SurveySparrow worked very well.

The software is great and data capturing is easy
What do you like best about the product?
I think it is excellent in creating feedback surveys. The data capturing is accessible and can be viewed together more simply. Creating the surveys are also very great
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything so far. I overall have a great experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because it is secure, data security is not a problem. We get all data in one place, and it is straightforward to operate too
Survey Sparrow has been a good platform for my team to run NPS.

Simple and easy-to-use interface. Good user experience.

Roll-up views can be better. More options.

Organization wide NPS across different types of customers to understand how our brand is percieved.
Great Experience with Survey Sparrow
What do you like best about the product?
The level of customization and available modes to share surveys are excellent.

Nothing so far. I would always love to get more customization though

We have been able to reach customers for various surveys from one account and it's easier to set one theme for all the surveys, which helps maintain brand consistency.

It's their simple UI to create custom surveys and are easy to share too!

The cost at which premium features are offered, it kinda overwhelming for startups and small businesses to consume in the longer run.

We create surveys for collecting feedback from our internal employees about their working experience, benefits, perks etc. Also, we use it for our customer anonymous feedbacks to better improve our service.
An all in platform for surveys thats available

The UI, UX to the way the templates are built keeping in all the necessity are top in class

nothing yet, as most of the needs, are already met, more templates can be added

A one-stop need for all your employee & culture-related implementations. The existing templates work very well too.

Pricing is something they can work on, especially for freelancers/early startups/students who use individual accounts for their research forms

I used survey sparrow to create screener surveys to gather and shortlist participants for my UX research project.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'd like to see is the possibility to pull user IDs instead of names and emails when running campaign on Intercom. This way clent data remains secure in Intercom.

Just a good way for a company to start running NPSs for example. Other alternatives I checked offered packages at 10x what SurveySparrow was offering.
