Love the flexibility & diff types of surveys that you can run - from 360 to a simple survey.

The flexi pricing allows you to really tailor-make your plan for your team & org size & budget.

The 360 assessment pricing is on the higher side. Guessing for a larger business it can be more affordable.

Survey Sparrow has the best UI till now. It also incorporates Grammarly, which is the best.

There is nothing I have discovered yet which could be counted as a downside feature.

Taking employee reviews in an orderly manner has been much easier since I started using Survey Sparrow.
The valuable part is, the employees have been giving reviews in a much-elaborated manner rather than just clicking options.

All the things are great at them, however, sometimes server issues are faced by me.
