One of my questions in the survey was multible choises and at the same time the anserws need to be written, I think if there were a schedule insted of what I did was going to be better

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize styles on the forms created. The presentation and default styles create a beautiful experience that delights customers and employees alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is challenging to understand when a survey accepts responses vs. closed to new responses. This is due to two different methods to closing suverys; one is to set a deadline after which you will stop accepting responses, and the other is to "close" the survey using a button. If you "close" a survey, it not only closes it to new responses but also disallows you to view the responses as well. Their software is also clunky in that you don't have any question libraries or the ability to copy questions from one survey to another; or create common answer scales to use across your surveys.

Additionally, when you try out the software, they provide you with an enterprise plan, so you get to see all of the nifty features, but they aren't clearly demarcated, so when you end up choosing a plan, you might be surprised by the features you cannot use.

The customer support team is fast at replying, but any questions of substance are sometimes forgotten and fall through the cracks as they wait to hear back from more knowledgeable folks. You need to follow up a couple of times to hear back from folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are attempting to collect anonymous feedback from customers about their experiences at our events and programs. Survey Sparrow has created beautiful reports that explain how our customers are answering questions.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow integrates with SalesForce and makes it easy to send out a review after every closed case! We can instantly react to any negative feedback from our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did have some issues with the implementation. Our SF manager could not get SS to integrate and we kept having to reach out to our sales rep for weeks to get the issue resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant company feedback is important so that we can quickly "fix" any negative customer experiences. It also lets us monitor the effectiveness of our Customer care team members. Great reviews motivate the team, and we also use survey metrics to market our product. Our reviews are consistently 4's and 5's

What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy interface
2. Flexibility to add team members
3. Branding option available
4. Various themes
5. Can design surveys with logic which are really good to collect analytics
6. Price wise also it is affordable compare to other survey tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a Basic paid plan it is not possible to create a multiple-choice QUIZ survey. Which is a limitation in case you want to create the quiz using SurveySparrow. When you go with a quarterly subscription then it is expensive however if we use a yearly subscription it is cheaper. It will be good if they reduce the quarterly price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Majorly we use to get feedback from our teams for various events and processes.
- Q&A for the Trainings
- NPS etc

It is simple and easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good tool if you want to create surveys with various themes. You can also create basic NPS survey as well with the Basic plan.
Overall it is good too.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is begginer friendly and there support team is unavailable amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
SurveySparrow doesn't have downside as I think. Pricing is high in indian currency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I created a lead generation form and feedback form from SurveySparrow. From SurveySparrow Easy and interactive form design I can see growth in leads by 4× and from feedback form help us to improve our product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend you to any small business who have just started and don't have proper coding knowledge. It is best for lead generation and survey user.

Survey Sparrow: good way to share survey with your team

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow has a beautiful style, which helps a lot when sending a survey, especially when getting feedbacks. Compared to other surveys websites, Survey Sparrow has many options for creating a survey and a significant number of default templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price would be my first con. Also, even though it has a significant number of default templates, creating a new one takes time and can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use survey sparrow to share polls with my teammates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Survey Sparrow is a tool you should try and see if it meets your expectation + budget. They have a large number of consultors that can help you get the better from it.
