Easy to navigate. Easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is by far the most user-friendly survey tool on the market. I've used a few over the years and what we like best is the way its easy to integrate into our custom framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to have a bit more coding experience to change things like title colors etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's too early to tell. Ask us again in a couple of months.

User Interface setup and co-branding ability

Limitations in the co-branding, and not being able to enable Voice calls and SMSs for the same Surveys.

Easy to setup and easy to use platform for configuring any Survey

Versatility (there are many options and structures to create what you really want) and ease of use,

The price and limitations (the free version limits you a lot and you end up looking for other alternatives, if you are a big company it can be profitable).

Really liked how visually appealing this was and really easy to set up customized surveys.

Analytics could offer better filtering for drilling into results. Price was higher than other tools on the market.

I've been using Suveysparrow for sometime now. It has been a great experience so far for my team and me. We're using Surveysparrow for all our surveys. The UI is great and easy to implement.

The cost for this tool is too much. Expensive
