It's a great place to create engaging surveys

The User friendly interface makes it easier to create engaging surveys.

There are very limited options in Basic version

Able to collect genuine feedback from potential buyers. It saves a lot of time and effort

The best thing about Survey Sparrow is the simplicity, ease of use and great look and feel of its templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that I dislike. It is worth upgrading from a free account to track respondents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding much more quickly what customers really want on top of what is working and identifying challenges they may otherwise not speak up about in person.
Survey Sparrow is very easy to use.

Should have more options for creating surveys.

There should be more subscription plans available for people who do not need to create many surveys but still need an account here.

Looks very professional, lots of question formats. I love the way you can add photos to the background. Very stylish.

It's always one question at a time. I don't particularly appreciate how there isn't an option to view the questions all at once. I think people like to see how many questions they will have to answer up front

Great if you're looking for a user friendly survey platform and don't have one built-in to your CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow is very intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. It was straightforward to create and distribute surveys for our program evaluation, and I enjoyed the data visualization features and options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bots accessed our survey link, and we received a significant number of responses to one of our surveys. I might recommend better verification tools.

We are identifying how we can better serve our community through our nonprofit organization.

The simplicity of use is undoubtedly easy to set up, and they have a variety of options sufficient for all types of surveys and segmentations.

The experience designed for mobile applications could be a bit better.

Being able to do user research within our App, understand what their problems and needs are.

Super simple to use get started and very easy to build surveys.

There could be better visualization of logic connections between questions, but that's a pretty small nitpick. Overall, this is a great tool.

Right now, we've created customer cancelation surveys to learn why folks who cancel are leaving. Will be adding a current customer survey soon!
