Not An Effective Survey Tool

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is average as compared with Zoho Survey and Google Doc
What do you dislike about the product?
Very Complex Account Setup Process.

They had made the jump logic very complex

What do you like best about the product?
Its pricing is according to scale of your business. They offer less price if you have less number of users. For personal use we can go for only 29$.
What do you dislike about the product?
While collecting the data, I think there is less number analytics shown in the dashboard. There should be more. I have to do this manually in excel sheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am collecting users' data and responses to their surveys and studying those data, and concluding results.

What do you like best about the product?
It contains everything you need to easily design and develop our surveys. With an intuitive interface, it allows you to create and publish questionnaires in minutes, from including questions, organizing them in pages to editing them the way you want.
SurveySparrow is tightly integrated with HubSpot and other solutions. This simple integration allows you to create forms and import contact data to SurveySparrow, thus automatically adding contacts to the HubSpot platform once the survey is completed.
In addition, you can make use of the question, answer and multi-language branching
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been testing the platform for a few days, creating surveys has never been so fascinating and fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool enables in-depth analysis of survey results.

What do you like best about the product?
The premade templates and questions help create most of our surveys. The User Interface is attractive and easy to use. The Display Logic feature helps us create complex surveys with ease. The available themes are fully customizable as per our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure could have been more affordable for small teams. There are many features available that can make a beginner feel overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often require to take feedback from our customers. Survey sparrow helps us do that. We also use Survey Sparrow for our marketing campaigns.

Love that we can gather employee feedback confidentially. Fast and easy.

Just started using not even a month ago so no negatives as of yet.

Sometimes employees dont want to speak their minds fully, these surveys allow them to comment in a confidential way.

Its hard to filter multiple surveys from one person (when people keep adding spam surveys).

What do you like best about the product?
I recently used Survey Sparrow for a poll with my newsletter. It was so easy to set up and use, I was amazed. Once my survey was complete, I polled my readers again and they love the ease of use of Survey Sparrow. It'll be my go to for my newsletters from now on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be better. I don't survey my subscribers weekly, so I would only use on a monthly or semi-annual basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting feedback from my readers is essential and the survey platform is the easiest and quickest way of getting that feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great addition to the tools I use for my business.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the a different options for questions through SurveySparrow. I utilized the checkbox option, short answers, and multipke choice. I appreciated that all options were available to me on my plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I can't think of anything that I disliked. It served it's purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using SurveySparrow to help me gauge my audience's needs. Surveys provide me with valuable feedback that I use to create content.
