What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and variety of templates to choose from. Friendly and timely customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything except for manually entering questions and choices for questionnaires in other languages. What's amazing is that, they take feedbacks for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I am a student and using survey spartow for my academic research, I had concerns over pricing plan. When I approached team, they provided a customized plan with student discount. It was not expected. They actually listen to their customers and their pain points.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about survey sparrow is that It is easy to use, flexible, and very attractive also one can find numerous options for the survey fields. I am sure every user who will use it will find it very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about such a great product but still, I found it a bit expensive. In the end, you are really getting what you paid for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a student and I do have many research works. I used survey sparrow for survey purposes. It was really handy and easy and people who were giving responses also enjoyed it a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Anyone who is really interested in collected in data and surveys for educational or commercial use. SurveySparrow is for you. Go for it and I know you will love it.

The chat survey format allows surveys to be super-interactive and hence increases the number of responses you can get out of the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices for the different plans are high, which might make it difficult for young students and entrepreneurs to avail premium services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey sparrow has enabled me to conduct an efficient market research exercise by understanding the sellers and consumers involved.
Pretty good platform for surveys, especially for bigger companies.

SurveySparrow, a pretty decent community and support for users, to do surveys etc. in DIY, meaning that you may find instructions and videos how to some adjustments to your survey and so on,
What do you dislike about the product?
For a newbie or start user price seems to be high - meaning that you have to be confident what do you want to achieve. If you know what you want then price will seem fair!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really wanted to use a platform that would help me with organizing my surveys - the possibility to see statistics, get fast a good report, option to add an extra user so I may delegate some tasks to colleagues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always try to use demo version as much as possible and do review of it, because then you will see biggest ups and downs if they are any.

From my perspective, the free version is very limited, the number of surveys is limited, but not the number of questions and answers per survey.

I have been using Slack for years and seeing that SurveySparrow integrated directly with this software, do not hesitate for a second to use the survey platform as this integration allows you to notify through Slack when a respondent submits the survey.

I like the way of creating surveys and obtaining anonymous opinions by collecting conversational data about this software.
The 360 surveys are more objective, this helps to work effectively with each other and gives a complete picture on strengths and weaknesses.
SurveySparrow also allows you to create different links for the same survey each time it is shared in order to share them on our social networks and easily separate the responses regardless of where they come from, be it Linkedin, Twitter, among others.

SurveySparrow offers excellent integration with other payment platforms such as Stripe, however it does not include Paypal, this integration would be of great help.

I am collecting employee training needs through their behavioral related question which they reflect in their work
Super easy process to create and manage surveys!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the various different options I had to create survey questions-- whether that be polls, a rating system, yes or no questions, or multiple choice. And there was so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my questions didn't show up on the survey for users to answer, despite it being a required question. I got no data on that, which was disappointing.
