Fantastic service
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow has a great software and function. Although as anything it could improve and become more useful.

I certainly have nothing to comment here, I have been enjoying the service

They have a great software, for particular use in Enterprises which is great

I like the ease of use that survey sparrow offers and that I can have multiple surveys set up at once.

I haven't been using Survey Sparrow for long so I don't yet have any complaints.

By making the survey experience easy and automated, we are getting fast feedback on our events, allowing us to improve and grow.
Best tool for questionares
What do you like best about the product?
The way how I can create the questionaire, and because this is easily to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing until now. Or only one small think where you can choose to have the questionaire with only one question and that question to be randomlly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skiping over the issues which can happend but doing these questionaire I can avoid all of those.

Designing the layout is user friendly and easy

Wish there were more ways to customize each slide rather than an overs design

Able to see when people are stopping the survey early. Able to see how many people are interacting with our survey

I love the customization available when creating our surveys.

I would love to see a substantial improvement to integrations with CRM's. The one we use is HubSpot and the integration wasn't the best yet.

We have been getting surveys to help us know how to improve our services. This is the main win we have from SurveySparrow.

Do your research with any integrations you need, but this is a fantastic product.
Best Feedback Analytics Software in the market
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create surveys as soon as you sign-up. No Onboarding or training is required. Variety of sharing and integration options on-board. The best part is the ability to connect low ratings directly to our ticketing system Zendesk. Has been very valuable and reduces hours of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get better at reporting, insights and segmentation.

Connecting our customer experience frictions across the journey and close-looping with the respective teams to fix the frictions for member and retain them.
