Setting up the surveys was easy and simple. Also, the metrics we're great- they captured the information I needed and showed it in a way that was easy to present to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The regular phone calls and emails, even when I had finished a project. Even though I had completed a project, I would still get calls from a representative. I told her I didn't need weekly calls and emails, but it was persistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey Sparrow gave me more options to customize for what I needed. I had tested other survey programs, but Survey Sparrow fit with what my projects and my team needed.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow has an excellent user interface! It's effortless to use and a lot cleaner than most other survey platforms I've used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a bit of trouble with uploading our own company's logos, but other than that, it has been very smooth.

We use it to help create data-driven reports!

What do you like best about the product?
Actually one feature which I like the most is the ease of usage for the person on desktop as well as the mobile platforms with a conversation style layout making it really engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The restriction of using business Google email IDs can actually turn down small businesses where they might not have actually set up a business mail ID yet. The system could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually forms always have this boring sort of a feel while filling up and most of them aren't good looking on mobile phones. This platform is more engaging to the audience.

Extremely easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow is a fast and simple tool for creating user surveys. I was able to create my survey in minutes. This tool is perfect for any business owner looking to gather user feedback. It's very easy to use, and provides an abundance of insightful data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor Android interface as the tool opens in web view and has limited customization options to customize the User Interface and user experience according to the brand guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For customer feedback I was working on, I required a survey tool to collect data. I came into Survey Sparrow, and it has proven to be really useful. It's simple to use, it's free, and it gets the job done. It comes highly recommended from me.
