Great for customer onboarding.
What do you like best about the product?
The customizations and ability to make it appear as though it is not a 3rd party software. it looks as though it has come directly from us / the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the customizations do require a fair level of IT / HTML programming experience. That makes it difficult at times, for a non-tech user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Support time often lags. And it is sometimes hard to contact my dedicated rep.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with active campaign, very easy to create a survey and i love the way it show me my results

I don´t like is more expensive when you want to pay for a month or a short period of time, i don´t realize surveys all year along

My sales conversion rate went up when i began to realize surveys on my leads

We realize a customer survey (CAWI vs competitors) to identify our buyer personas.
FULLY Featured with great pre-built content
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow has highly developed and professional templates. I have yet to find a template that isn't suited to my needs. With little modification, the surveys are easy to tailor and designed to provide unambiguous answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the best functionality is at the higher service tiers and cost is higher than "free". That being said, while they do offer lower-cost plans the higher tiers offer great features that are well ahead of competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used SurveySparrow to screen potential suppliers and to onboard employees. The post-sale feedback is where we have really seen a great return. The integrations with our e-commerce solution, CRM, and Microsoft teams are super simple (no code). On top of that, we have used Zapier to automate some of the actions we take when getting a survey response. This has contributed to the significant uptick in NPS since implementation. Also, the UI is very simple and inviting, so our completion rates are fantastic.

Free trial should be longer to really grasp what the tool has to offer. The learning curve is longer than the given period.

Getting customer feedback. Is easy to start and deploy your first survey.
Easy to use, fast interface, did everything I would hope it would do!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use functionality, allowed me to test the features and try test surveys without the need for upfront payment, easily worked in a variety of different browsers and did everything that it was supposed to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was able to use it easily from the beginning, even though I have used other companies for survey creation and deployment. Some of the higher level features seemed to be with a paid subscription, which is understandable, so in total, Survey Sparrow was exactly what I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed ways to create quick and easy to use surveys for non-scientific purposes and Survey Sparrow more than delivered on that promise. I was very pleased with how Survey Sparrow was able to help me achieve my goals quickly and easily. I would highly recommend them.

Nothing much. The SDK file was not available earlier but they were quick on their feet and provided that too.

Amazing experience creating Survey forms.
What do you like best about the product?
The amazing UI and awesome formats that I can put my survey into. And some cool functionality based on user input. And short URLs. I also like that it gives analysis too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more tutorials and understanding functionality would be great. Otherwise, everything else is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating forms using Survey Sparrow to recruit core-team members for the Non-profit tech club at our college. As an Ambassador, I need to know everything about a person before recruiting them. And everything was neatly handled by Survey Sparrow from collecting resumes to understanding their skills as well how much did they are interested in it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While using SurveySparrow, just create a dummy survey form and try to put on tons of functionality images, videos, colors they provide. Then integrate them neatly in your to-be cool form.
Super easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Pre created templates and the possibility to see as we edit or creat questions is great. It's also super easy to move questions and rearrange them. I could not use all the reports but the once I used were super helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the trial should be a little longer and probably you can think about providing some flexibility to students for running their research projects using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was mostly around enterprise level surveys to find out the usage patterns. Most of the surveys were objective but I also tried some subjective questions as well.
