What do you like best about the product?
+ Super easy to launch and build a tour
+ Customer support is proactive and helpful in answering questions
+ In-depth metrics on viewer stats and engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
+ sometimes the tooltips/guide boxes can move around depending on the screen dimensions of your device

Storylane gives our prospects the ability to get a hands-on experience with our product - which saves us person-hours on demo time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup. Easy to share.
Analytics are great as well - seeing who opened, and when.
Really appreciate the ability to purchase a single lisence.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we own the domain we should be able to create a branded url at no cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing prospects to see the platform, and interact with it, before scheduling a call.
Helps me weed through the tire kickers vs engaged leads.

Great tool for showcasing our product

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane was so easy and intuitive to get started with. We were able to create and add an interactive demo video to our website that same day and easily track who had viewed it, for how long etc. Outside of our marketing team, our customer success team also love it for creating step-by-step instructional tours of the platform for 'how to' queries.

The pricing is really affordable for smaller companies, providing great value for money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any issues with the service yet, it is all very self-service and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to showcase our platform on our website and in outbound emails.

What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly easy to create a product walk-through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I've been using it since launch, some of the updates have been difficult to adapt to, although I agree with most of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How do you reduce the friction for someone to try your product, without building infrastructure to demo it? I use the product mostly to highlight product feature walkthroughs. So, a quick start guide, a "how do I??" guide, etc. This allows people to easily see, and interact with the product without creating profiles and dealing with all of that. It reduces the hesitancy on their part, and leads to great engagement. It works differently than a video because they are forced to look at, and interact with, the product.

Wish we could own the videos without maintaining a subscription and also download them into mp4s.

What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use and the functionality blew my mind.

As a product marketing manager I am struggling sometimes to get a demos and nice videos to showcase new functionaltiy fast and quickly. Usually I struggle with testing data that I cant present and video creation from scratch takes time.

I can create create demos for users in a seconds. I am able to quickly record our app and it turns quickly into demo that I can adjust, change data and names to fit my different purposes. I started to use it for demo video, where I prepare demo recordings for video guy and he quickly edit and prepare video.

On top of that customer service is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has tiny bugs, but customer service is something that I ve never experienced before. They are super fast and they solve all your problems quickly.
