Works great, cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to seup and modify. Easy for clients to view and share. Support was great and fast.

Adding to an existing demo can be a bit tricky

I was unable to produce a demo video that was an acceptable length.
Great demo platform with outstanding support
What do you like best about the product?
I tested at least 6 platforms and I chose Storylane because it was the easiest to use, had the most features and looked the best online. Once I signed up, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible support - I wanted to do something not specifically supported and they worked with me until they were able to deliver exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little hard to include a pre-prepared video into the demo but after some back and forth I got it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product needs some installation before being able to demo it so we wanted to offer a demo walkthrough that would help end users understand how the product works.

What do you like best about the product?
Our product is a complex B2B financial software for small and medium sized companies. With few visually appealing demos one can showcase the benefits of the software and lead curious&qualified leads to CTA. Easy to set up and launch website product demos. No expert knowledge needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides. Looking forward for demo video download functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main aim was to keep website visitors engaged longer and increase CTA conversion rates (click into free trial). Our product is a feature rich B2B software. Text or blog or explanatory videos are not helpful- too long to read or watch. Thanks to 5-7 step interactive demo sequences we achieved much higher stickiness and conversion rates. Demos are easy to customizable and immediately available over a webpage.

Allows the sales team to share sandbox environments with guidance that clearly demonstrate the key value and features of our platform. Helps keep prospects engaged and clear on what is being offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite timely to link up every relevant page, but a very minor inconvenience

- Provides an environment for prospects to familiarise themselves with our platform as we don't offer trials

A versatile demonstration tool with intuitive features
What do you like best about the product?
The way that a Storylane demonstration is applied has made the most difference to our organisation. Used in product demos embedded within webpages as well as playing an effective role internally for training and onboarding purposes.

Very easy to create demos and add to your website.

Nothing so far, haven't used all features but doing job well so far

Easy to show propsects what the product looks like, videos sometimes took too long to deliver value.
Storylane is our favourite bit of kit at the moment!

Genuinly does help us convert propsects. Our best business case is sending a Storylane guide after the intial product demo.

Sometimes the HTML editing can get a bit 'iffy' if you're editing a lot / copying over a lot of different elements.

It helps me create guided walk throughs of the platform and even helps create sandbox accounts for people to interact with.
Fantastic tool for product demos
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is so easy to use, and yet, so effective to create amazing product demos. They also have great documentation and usage tips for various use scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't figure out any, yet. We have been using Storylane for a month now and we are extremely happy. I did a thorough comparison of almost 10 different tools for the same use cases, and Storylane came up as a winner by clear margin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane makes marketing easier and more effective when we can use interactive demos of our product in a website instead of just using screenshots.

What do you dislike about the product?
It currently does not have a Zoho integration. Based on a conversation with the Sales team, it's something in the pipeline. Hopefully soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed us to quickly create custom sales demos that our customers can walk through at their own pace. Freeing up time for our sales team to focus on the needs to the client instead of the product, product, product sell.
