Best way to show your product to your prospects.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to operate and comes equipped with every feature necessary for effectively presenting my product to potential clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything in Storylane that I didn't like.

It helps me better showcase my product with interactive walkthroughs.
Great results in a very simple way and time
What do you like best about the product?
the smiplisity !!! It restrict you from doing "un clean" look at the beginig I thought it missing features but then I realized it force you to clean look and I love the outcome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics is pretty basic and I think they can improve there.

It can explain what the product does in a very easy way

I love how easy it is to use! Super intuitive and many great features to demo our product effectively to potential customers or to educate customers on specific features or use cases for our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience could be improved, and it would be great to be able to filter out internal staff from engagement data so as not to skew performance.

Great Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
The Ability to quickly crearte guides and demonstrations on specific topics and share them with clients. My role is in a software company, so demonstrating a proof of concept quickly and easily is a very powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to easily show drag and drop functions. It is difficult to demonstrate the ease of use of our product by demonstrating this functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our platform is very flexible and be easily configured to suit any buisness requirement. This makes it very difficult to prepare demonstrations for new clients. We are now able to provide a line OOTB based demonstration and then create a storylane demo based on thier specific requirements as a follow up in stead of organising a second demo that requires everyone to find time in thier busy calendars.
We are also going to use it in the future to provide basic demo content that can be used by non technical staff for preliminary demonstrations and supporting materials after initial demos.

Easy Step-by-Step Interactive Software Demo Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily record the clicks in my software product to make interactive "ring fenced" demos to show my potential customers how my tool is used, and capture leads at the end of the demo. I also like that I can use it to show demos inside web documentation about how a feature works, click-by-click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features like duplicating the front end are part of a higher price tier, but understandable that not everything is included in the base subscription.

Storylane helps me put interactive demos (automated demos) online for prospective customers to understand and explore my product.

One of the standout features of the Storylane is its remarkable ease of use. With an intuitive interface and user-friendly design, This inclusivity has fostered a collaborative environment, enriching our projects with diverse perspectives and ideas.
The team there is highly responsive in case of any issues, there is no implementation needed to use this product.

What do you dislike about the product?
No Solution is perfect, Storylane for us just checks all the boxed, would love to see this evolving with time, and would be great to see native integrations in it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest is the cost of keeping all the systems running on cloud or on-prem, we don't have to do that anymore, just create a storylane and use it infinite times. We can create multiple links to track the demos and generate lead.

Actually, I haven't found negative aspects so far...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explaining scientific software can be really tough, especially when some people get the tech stuff while others don't. That's where Storylane has been a game changer for me. It's this cool tool that lets me make these easy-to-follow guides using videos and pictures, so I can show everyone how things work, step by step. It doesn't matter if you're a tech whiz or if this is your first time hearing about scientific software; the way Storylane lets me put things together makes it super simple for anyone to understand. It's like having a cheat code for making tough stuff easy to get.
Easy to use Lead Gen tool!
What do you like best about the product?
We used Storylane to create an Interactive tour of our product and integrated Marketo with it to include a form, and its been a big source of lead gen activity! It was fairly simple to set up and very easy to embed onto the site. An ideal tool for our very small marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some limitations on design features but with that being said, we appreciate the simplicity of the platform and the ability to get tours set up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to give prospects an inside look into our platform that allows them to experience it enough to get a taste so that they want a full demo. It's been a great lead gen tool that eliminates friction. We can set it and forget about it and watch the leads come in!

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use. I was up and running with zero calls, or even reading the documentation. Help tips, and videos are so good and intuitive , it helped me on a path to value in exactly 1 day. I was using my storyland demos to customers in 7 days from date of subscription.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. New screens, when uploaded always appear at the end of a sequence. This is not always helpful, when one already has a large number of screens in a demo. I should be able to choose where a new screen goes (eg - after my current screen)
2. When screenshots are added in a flow, there should be a way to click at particular places within the picture

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a startup and it is expensive for us to have continuously running live demo environments. Our product is vast and complex, and I need to be able to give on demand demos. Storylane is perfect for this.
