Great platform, easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Really effective way of demonstrating your product to people. This is particularly useful as a SaaS company where a visual-first tour is much better than trying to describe it. The software is easy to use and very intuative, and the team are always there to help if you get stuck.

They have a smooth onboarding process and are always up for jumping on a call to show you extras you may find useful. It's also been easy to add the tours to emails and our website with no faff - something our team really appreciates!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas where we have suggested improvements, which have always been well-received. These are around automatically updating html-based tours when a site is updated and a few wording changes in places we can't edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is demonstrating our product to prospective and existing clients when we are looking to sell or expand. It allows us to demonstarte our value to a wider audience without the need for multiple meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create interactive demos of the product, lead capture, and integration with HubSpot. Super easy to get started, very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much at this point, but I wish it was easier to capture a video of the product in action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showcasing the breadth of our platform capabilities, helping our prospects understand how Glider AI can support their recruiting needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a VP of Marketing, and I was trying to find ways to go beyond the "schedule a demo" CTA. I work for B2B SaaS and I've noticed more companies using interactive demo to give visitors a chance to self-serve with having to talk to Sales yet.

Me and my Web Dev evaluated other tools like Supademo and AppDemoStore, and we eventually landed of Storylane.

It's been very easy to set up and duplicate demos. It's also very affordable. We're currently paying $50/month.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this point, but we're so early in the way we use Storylane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding ways to go beyond the "schedule a demo" CTA.

Storylane makes creating product tours painless and fun

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is so intuitive! I was able to create my first product tour in minutes and that was without any real instruction. Our onboarding experience was smooth and they helped us convert our tours from our previous vendor to Storylane so all we had to do was swap them out on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to mix both HTML and screenshot tours into one big tour. The screenshot tours are much quicker to create, but some pieces of our software are connected with API calls so screenshots couldn't capture what we needed, so we needed to then capture everything in HTML.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to show our product to website visitors so they can get a feel for what our software looks like and how it functions. Our previous vendor was difficult to use and took at least three times as long to create product tours. Storylane has saved us a tremendous amount of time and frustration.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved that I could go their website and try out their free product which gave a good idea about their offerings. Storylane is very easy to use and offer the right customization that I needed.

I ended up buying their Starter plans that offers Unlimited Demos, Multi-Flow Product Tour and Hubspot integration.

Their Chrome extension makes screen capturing very convenient.
For the price and budget, I found the offering very appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For products that do not have a web interface, it is harder to create a demo. you can import screenshots but an equivalent of Storylane's Chrome extension is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We observed that many users tend to go for our Free plan rather than Starter even though both can be tried out for free. We are using Stroylane for an interactive product demo of a paid self-service plan. we are in early stages so there are no KPIs yet.

What do you like best about the product?
This saves both our CM and sales team loads of time. We really noticed that interactive demos create more natural engagement between our product and accounts/prospects. At scale! Simply amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see a chat window where accounts can still reach out when they have questions for Customer succes purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to give loads of people a qualitative experience of our solution with minimal efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple, quick and easy it was to create great walk throughs for our presentations and website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HTML reader had issues reading the embedded iframes in our app. it would be great if these were easy to pick up too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is really helping us give prospects a taste of what the actual porduct is like, with out having to give them full access to the app. much better than a video or a screen shot.

They can be a bit spamy when it comes to email marketing.
