Easy to create short videos to use as various demonstrations for my customers.
What do you like best about the product?
Minimal intervention is required from recording the session to publishing the session as Storylane is very intuitive in assembling the final video.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you start a recording, it seems you can't pause it and pick it back up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to record a single video to show multiple clients the same thing, rather than hopping on a bunch of different calls to show them each individually.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane allows you to create demos which can showcase the features and benefits of your product in a dynamic and user-friendly manner, helping potential customers understand its value more effectively. There is no coding required, and it has ease of use, enabling our users to create detailed and interactive product demonstrations without needing any coding skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been issues, but the support team have been great in resolving them. Some of the screen capturing has been difficult with the HTML but their engineers are quick off the mark to ensure it gets working again.

It helps us to showcase the product in an easy way.
Storylane delivers a product that really allows you to present your product in its best light.
What do you like best about the product?
The results of our use cases are excellent. Our customers get very easy-to-follow demos that drive them to utilize the features effectively that they will benefit the most from.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve to getting started with Storylne. But once you master it, the product is smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able to demonstrate the power of the product, through very simple steps. Getting ease of use across visually is paramount to our mission.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy setup of Storylane, from its import frame mode to the screen capture capability clicking from screen to screen, the product demonstration configuration is clear and easy to pick up from day one. Storylane also makes distributing the click-through demonstrations as easy as can be through multiple formats, whether it's embedded on our website or through an Email communication going out to existing customers or prospective clients.
We can show the best of our platform efficiently and make reactive changes directly in-app when and where needed. The customer support team is always on hand too, making it a smooth exchange of communication when issues arise, meaning things can be easily mitigated.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot! We moved from a similar competitor, and liked the ease of use versus our previous provider and all the added functionality such as integration with our Pardot instance and engagement tracking capabilities. My only suggestion would be to increase the number of fields available on custom form embeds!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane makes conveying a new or existing product a breeze, we're able to quickly throw together step-by-step tutorials of new additions to our platform, as well as show value within existing areas. Without Storylane we'd be unable to arm the Sales Org with useful insight to the everyday workings of our platform to prospective customers and struggle to convey our value.

Storylane makes it easy to share live demos with current prospects and customers. Its been helpful to strike interest during cold outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a voiceover feature built in instead of recording and uploading clips.

Helps us get live demos in the hands of prospects for them to see our platform prior to being on an inperson demo.

What do you like best about the product?
With a digital and print product, Storylane is giving our team the opportunity to creatively connect the value of the 2 offers. This is a game changer for us, as we've been looking for ways to quickly showcase our product in a quick, visual way. Plus, the time it took me to figure out how to get started, produce something that got the team excited, and see how this fit into campaign planning was such a relief!

There isn't anything notable at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane excels in its user-friendly interface. The tool is intuitive, making it easy for even non-technical team members to create and customize product demos. The drag-and-drop functionality and pre-built templates simplify the process, allowing for quick and efficient demo creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead form integration could be a little bit improved and it would be nice if the nativ lead form would have more customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane enables us to create interactive and engaging product demos that effectively showcase our product’s features and benefits. This dynamic approach helps potential customers understand our product better, leading to higher engagement and more informed purchasing decisions.
Great product & amazing customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The product is very intuitive to use and provides a lot of flexibility. The Customer Success team is amazing, the onboarding process has been super smooth, and Matt (our CSM) was always available to help us put our first demos together via Slack and weekly calls - even jumping onto ad hoc calls with other teams to help us put together integrations we needed for a successful launch. The support docs are also very thorough and comprehensive, also very dynamic since they use their own product to demonstrate use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We've been working with the team for over a month now, and the kickoff & onboarding has been great. We actually launched the demo a few days ago, so now it's time to focus on results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a fully populated demo environments for free users to try before jumping on the real platform

It is super easy to use and I love how fast it is and that i can use it for multiple usecases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you cannot adjust the area when zooming, otherwise very happy with the product.
