Flexibility: With demo creation software, it's easy to add or delete sections adjust messaging, and change visuals as needed.

The app is very easy to use, you can create amazing demos. Plus the support is out of this world!!

The onboarding by people from Storylane and then without any guidance you are able to create a stunning demo. And when you need help or a review of your demo Storylane is there to help you. It truly feels like a team.

The version control can be improved, so you dont have to clone your current demo.

Our leads want to 'click around' in the app, and by using Storylane we can provide that option.

We love how this tool allows prospects to explore the value and key features of our solution without requring them to get into a conversation with sales before they are ready to do so.

I have not expereienced any downsides of the tool.

Stoylane helps us educate our prospects in a way that makes sense for them and their timeline. It allows for them to explore the value of our solutions and determine if it is a good fit before having to engage in coversations with sales. This allows for a better user experience.
Straightforward product demonstrations

Creating a product walkthrough with the Chrome extension is fantastic, and the organization's ability sets itself up to provide a solid ease of use and integration into our existing systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are opportunities for additional integrations, especially not relying on Zapier as a fallback.

The business needed a way to give product walkthroughs before a user submitted for an in-person demo, and Storylane provided the experience to showcase many different jobs-to-be-done for our prospects.
Great experience & easy to use

I found that Storylane is easy to use and you can quickly jump right in to creating demos. The communication I've had with the Storylane team has been great.

I havent experience anything I've disliked!

We create click-thru demos showing the features and functions of different software solutions we offer. This has been a great piece of content for us to use within the demand generation space.
I can't believe a tool this powerful is this simple
What do you like best about the product?
We can get customers hands-on with our products instantly and guide them through usage, best practices, and more. No load times. No lab costs. No lengthy video creations. We can literally go from nothing to a published final product in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to answer this, and if I am splitting hairs, there's some very minor bugs in the product on some lesser-used features. The support team is excellent and they are rectified very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its getting customers and prospects hands-on with our products without the necessity of videos, hands-on labs, or text documentations. Users can interact with the product, make changes, see the impact of their change, learn best practices, all without reading lengthy copy, watching a prescriptive video, or waiting for a lab to load.

Very easy to use and it was perfect to create a intuitive and well-structured demo. The ability to customize without the limitations is probably the best feature

The process of making graphs and charts could be more simple
