Perfect solution for tutoriel and customer support
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use, the settings are flexible. The possibility to add different flow, work on the background (blur, zoom ect) make it so convenient, both for the creator of the storylane and our customers. It's one of the most used tools in our company and I recommend it warmly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using this solution for a year now. They fixed the small issue, so I don't see any downsides at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demo of our solution and personnalised tutorial for customer. We use it for our Blog, our knowledgebase and for some customer support.
Engaging and Efficient Demo Creation for Onboarding and Training
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is a fantastic tool for onboarding and training, serving both internal teams and customers effectively. As a Product Manager, I appreciate how quick and easy it is to create feature demonstrations that clearly convey value. The interactive "click-and-experience" approach is a game-changer, especially in an era of short attention spans—it grabs attention and drives engagement much better than traditional video formats. This is particularly valuable for showcasing features and driving understanding during product demonstrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t encountered any major roadblocks in gaining the value Storylane provides. However, one area for potential enhancement could be features that facilitate internal collaboration when creating demos. For example, having options for multiple team members to co-create or review demos in real-time would streamline the process and make it even more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane solves the challenge of effectively educating both internal teams and customers about the value of new feature launches. Its interactive "click-and-experience" approach makes it easier to communicate complex ideas in a more engaging and digestible format compared to traditional methods like long videos or static documents. For onboarding, it simplifies the process by creating step-by-step demos that users can interact with, ensuring better understanding and retention.

Fast and easy way to create interactive demos
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane gives us a really quick and simple way to create an interactive demo that our customers can use to learn more about our product. I like that it takes just a couple of minutes to set up everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price jump from Starter to Growth is too big.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us another way to showcase our tools.

It cannot be split into multiple paths during the flow. Only possible to do the split on the first screen using a product tour.

Storylane helps me create visually appealing demos quickly and easily. It also makes it simple to manage demos and organize them into folders based on use cases.

When selling to a champion and the key decision maker can't attend a demo, especially if the champion is going to present on your behalf, Storylane allows the champion to demo the software exactly as you intend them to

Storylane is super easy to use and makes building demos a breeze.

I haven't had anything that I've disliked about Storylane.

Our software does not have a free trial option, so building out interactive demos in Storylane has been really helpful to show what our product can do.
Create a Curated Demo or Story for Customers and Prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is a very versitile demo product. They make capturing your screen very easy and have lots of tools to help you tell your product story. The analytics are also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out here. I wish we could get more people to interact with our demos, but that's really about distribution and web traffic, and as a marketer, we always want better results!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane helps our sales and CS teams 'show don't tell' when it comes to our platform.
Easy to use interface! Love Storylane
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how flexible my demos can be! It is so simple to remove slides I don't want and add screenshots, text, and customizable buttons where I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of, Storylane does exactly what I need!

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is an easy-to-use platform that is well worth the value. We use storylane company wide, across multiple teams to support in their daily functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I think the pricing is reasonable, I do think that we could get more from the product if the packages were rearranged better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our internal teams use storylane to support the following:
1. Marketing - Storylane easily embeds on landingpage and websites allowing our product to come to life and shine in our marketing materials. Additionally, storylane quickly allows you to generate different tracking URLs for a single demo, providing valuable effectiveness (demo usage) and prospect information. Intergrations with forms to gather prospect information is also super valuable
2. Sales - Our sales team is able to translate the value of our platform and demo without having to schedule a call. Tweaking our storylane's to be personalized per prospect has been invalueable and allows us to leave impressive take-aways.
3. Product UX/UI - We have found running product feedback sessions and UX validation sessions easier to do in Storylane than our product design tool. Getting interactive prototypes out faster.

Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very helpful that Storylane is easy to navigate, make updates to, and provide to customers. They are constantly adding new features to make it easy to capture your customers attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storylane is a great tool, I do wish that there were different ways to categorize the demo hub like the demo's. Since it is a new feature, i'm sure it's going to come in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing customers to view the steps they need to take instead of having to have a paper copy of a how to.
