The best tool to improve engagement on the website
What do you like best about the product?
love the ease of use, and the possibility to embed on the website with a lead form in the middle of the demo. This allows us to let users experience the demo and collect warm lead information.
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be nice to have a trigger based lead form,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me improve the client's engagement on the website, including the homepage and product page. We got over 14k demo visitors over the past 3 months.

What do you like best about the product?
love the capability to add personalization tokens to each email and personalize it with the recipients' data, allowing us to send bulk personalized emails.

making some growth plan features self-served
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I increased the clients' email engagement and conversions significantly. Now we want to embed it on their websites and hopefully increase conversions there too.
Great software for powerful demos that are so easy to build!
What do you like best about the product?
i love that I am able to create demos for my clients fast. One of my favorite features is the ability to replace screens in demos when we have new UI updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Storylane for 3 clients so far and haven't noticed anything that was deal braking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps my client communicate all the product updates, both through the website, knowledge base and emails.
I loved using it at my last job, so I got them to use it at my current job.

Storylane is INCREDIBLY easy to implement right from the get go. As someone who works in customer success, this tool allows me to share clear, interactive demos that are super easy to read and look on brand.

What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't storylanes fault, but I wish their HTML Demo worked on our product, but due to how our tool is built, we unfortunately couldn't take Storylane to the next level, but it does plenty for us now with thier screenshot demos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems storylane is solving for us is giving out customers a quick visual demo that they can easily share with their team. This demo highlights our key features, and organizes them in a way that allows our viewers to see the feature flow that catches their attention first.
The other big problem they are solcing is content for our help center. While we can be super detailed with written documentation, nothing beats a seemingly interactive demo that catches the viewers eyes and holds their attention.

Easy tutorials without hassle
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is awesome. The automatically created screenshots when creating a demo are a huge timesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is pretty steep. I wish there was a pricing option between the free and starter plans.

Showing my readers how to do certain things and workflows without them having to watch a longer video.

Storylane is very, very simple and useful to show what the product can do. We use it for multiple clients, they either embed the interactive demo on the websites or use in email campaigns.

when there are many demos, and multiple users, managing could be easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you build a lot of demos it can be a little bit challenging to keep these really organised; probably also more of a process topic to be aware of internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane helps us to show how users can move through our product to unlock value. We don't currently have easy free trial capability, but Storylane is bridging the gap so users don't have to "imagine" what life using Product would look like, because they can actually see use-cases and capabilities in a step-by-step visualisation.
Best, fastest, and easiest presentation solution I've used
What do you like best about the product?
This ease of use, ability to upload/capture content and then put it into a presentation that's easy to follow, intuitive and offers amazing tracking and links per prospect so I know who's engaged. I've tried to use several presentation tools and they are always overly complicated. Storylane took me just 20-30 minutes to create any pitch intro with full graphics, transitions, screen shots, animated graphics, videos and focus areas and the AI generated voice overs are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the call to action options are a little limited (IE you can only ask for someones name/email, not company name, title, website, etc.) but you could redirect people to your own lead capture forms. It's also a little difficult if you pick a certain type of guide (like the text modul) you can't switch to back to the others. The focus feature is a bit limited also, would like to be able to move it and size it more if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane helps us deliver 1st intro story telling on our solution that has the "wow" factor that we need in order to gain the interest of prospects that don't react well to only messaging requests for discussion. I think you have to provide some sort of intro/experience content in order to honor your prospects and provide them with a sense of what you're reaching out for. I also use this to reach out to past contacts and share updates that used to take me 30 minutes each contact in order to deliver any content. Just sending a PDF or presentation is OK but being able to provide the voice over with focus elements, easy navigation to the areas they want to know more about, etc. is a much better way to not only have impact but relate to the diversity of your prospects consumption styles. Some people care about price instantly, some about features, some about compatibility, some about why/benefits. With Storylane you can build a demo navigation that allows them to jump around and meet their informational needs.
Easy to set up and drive PLG on the website

love the demo creation, how we can preview all the steps capturing and the possibility to add images, videos and apply the brand colors to it

our clients love it, nothing major right now.

we help our client, who has a gated product, show their visitors what the product can do on their website without signing up or booking a demo.
great software to increase website engagement!
What do you like best about the product?
we embedded Storylane demos to client's homepage and product pages, and noticed significant increase in time duration and conversion rates. I love how easy it is to use the dashboard, and the integration with Hubspot to send leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far it works as expected, we will try HTML in the future.
