Storylane is the best!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly it is to create the demos. I love how well they flow and present. I love the GIF for social and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saver by not having to do live demos for each and every prospect. It gives them a much better idea of what our product is and they can request a full demo from there.
Simple and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly simple to make interactive demos, which means we were able to produce plenty in a short amount of time. I particularly like the analytics which was very insightful
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive when compared to similar products - especially for the HTML demo features. I also found some of the editing a bit finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy demo software that helps us push interactive demos out quickly.

1- ease of use, zero onboarding time

I use it everyday for creating documentation, marketing materials like product demo, use cases, etc. Our team's favourite tool!

Sometimes it has minor bugs.. the latest one I encountered was when creating a video it includes some empty minutes with white screen, but you cut it and its ok

What do you dislike about the product?
If we had to mention one small downside, it’s that you currently can’t add multiple slides to a chapter at once — you have to add them one by one manually, which can be a bit time-consuming when working on larger demos. Hopefully this feature will be added in the future!

It's very easy to use. Each plan of theirs is created perfectly keeping in mind the scale of the business. There are multiple use cases for one demo.

I didn't find anything wrong. We've been using it since 3 months now.

Describing a product to a new user in simple ways while keep them hooked on your page for long enough for them to convert.

While Storylane is powerful, there are some minor areas for improvement. Sometimes, the demo editor can feel a bit sluggish with larger projects...

What do you dislike about the product?
They definitely hooked us with the paid plan by limiting the number of published demos (one) on the free version. I also wish they had some more mid-level pricing options vs starter (~$50/mo) and enterprise (~$650/mo). Otherwise - it's been fantastic!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Storylane for demos on our website as well as training walk-throughs for our help-center. This has replaced our PDF/image based guides and removed the friction of our employees not wanting to record themselves on video.

It's very easy to use and has all the key features for our needs.

Nothing to dislike. One feature that we don't get much value out of is the analytics because it is quite basic.

Storylane is helping us showcase our SaaS product to potential buyers through interactive demos. It means that we can generate more interest in our product and let potential buyers see the value of our software without needing to create an account.
Great UI and really positive customer feedback!
What do you like best about the product?
As of now, we use Storylane to help cascade training to thousands of managers across our customer base and have received amazing feedback from our customers. In the last 2 months, we've had thousands of views and have delivered hundreds of hours of training. The Chrome plugin makes using Storylane very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is to add the audio, you need to click on each text box and add them one-by-one. But there are plenty of voices to choose from to keep it interesting for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do the first phase of training to new customers, but then relied on them to cascade training and continue training for newbies. So I bought Storylane to give us control of the step-by-step, structured training to thousands of users of our solution.
Quality demos to showcase the value of your products
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is easy to use and share. I love the ability to build a demo, share it with prospects and see if they viewed the demo or not. This is enabling us to show many sides of our product in a seamless way that is often not that easy to show.

Not much to say here, small challenges of building a demo.
