User-Friendly and Intuitive, Best for Website Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Contentstack to be an invaluable tool for my day-to-day work, primarily due to its user-friendly nature. Although it may not seem intuitive at first, it becomes quite easy to navigate over time, making it a reliable asset in managing our website's build and operations. I had some experience with other similar tools, but Contentstack stands out as the best, offering significant advantages compared to the alternatives I've tried. Moreover, the initial setup process was straightforward and intuitive, even without prior experience, enhancing my overall efficiency. It's also worth noting that despite its sophisticated capabilities, Contentstack integrates well with other software like Talon One and Yotpo, which further streamlines my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the notification of changes in Contentstack could be improved. A couple of weeks back, the interface changed slightly, which wasn't a huge issue, but it would be better if they could send notifications or emails discussing these changes before they happen, rather than after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentstack for building and managing our website; it's user-friendly and intuitive, enhancing my daily workflow despite initial learning curves.
Efficient Content Management with Room for Improved Bulk Editing
What do you like best about the product?
I use Contentstack for my daily project activities, including managing homepage and category pages, which makes my tasks significantly more manageable. The platform excels in scheduling, allowing me to plan content deployments in advance, making the process smooth and stress-free. Its scheduling feature is particularly valuable as it ensures timely and reliable publication of updates without needing constant supervision. The user-friendly interface and structured workflows of Contentstack enhance my ability to perform quick content updates and manage multiple entries efficiently, reducing the dependency on developers and minimizing the risk of errors. I appreciate how it centralizes content management, eliminating manual intervention and promoting a streamlined workflow. The version control and scheduling features contribute to maintaining content consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Furthermore, Contentstack smoothly integrates with tools like Jira, Figma, and Google Analytics, augmenting its efficiency in managing content from creation to publication. The overall setup was intuitive and quickly understood, backed by clear documentation and responsive support. Switching from Salesforce CMS to Contentstack for its flexibility and faster management has been a positive change, substantially enhancing our agility in content management.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Contentstack is a powerful and user-friendly platform, I feel that some areas could be improved to enhance the overall experience. For instance, the bulk editing feature needs to be more intuitive. Currently, managing a large number of entries or components necessitates opening each one individually, which can be time-consuming, especially for projects involving frequent content updates like seasonal homepage banners or campaign pages. A more robust bulk editing capability, such as the ability to modify fields and publish multiple entries at once, would save a significant amount of time and reduce manual effort. Additionally, navigating large sets of entries could be streamlined. When handling multiple content types or entries across environments, finding specific items sometimes requires several clicks. Enhancements like advanced filtering, custom views, or advanced searches with saved queries could make locating and updating content more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentstack to streamline content management, centralizing updates and releases, reducing dependency on developers, allowing accurate scheduled publishing, and focusing more on creativity. It enhances workflow efficiency with scheduling and version control, reducing manual effort and minimizing deployment errors.
Friendly CMS interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the options for content model setup as well as the ability to specifically target different environments for publishing. The interface is fairly clean and easy to interact with as well. The api options have also integrated fairly easily with our apis for updates and content retrieval.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the localization can lead to some accidental issues if you are handling multiple locales. Other tools I have used allow fields that match to still be in sync even if the locale has been split so that updates after initial creation and splitting don't require duplicate effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack is going to serve as our primary Content Management Service for our website, already holding the models for several different pages and components, but currently we are moving more to setup there. This allows our business to more easily update content without needing someone well versed in html writing.
A flexible CMS that supports smooth migrations and structured content management
What do you like best about the product?
Contentstack makes it easy to manage structured content across multiple teams. The platform is intuitive, and its modular content model fits well with enterprise needs. We’ve found it especially helpful during our migration from Contentful—lift-and-shift was straightforward, and the support team has been responsive throughout. The ability to organize content by categories and track engagement metrics is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, the learning curve for new users can be steep, especially when configuring environments and workflows. Some integrations require more manual setup than expected, and documentation could be more detailed in certain areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack is assisting us in addressing the challenge of managing structured content at scale across various teams and business units. Its modular content model and adaptable architecture simplify the organization and maintenance of our content, while also positioning us well for future expansion. Additionally, it has improved collaboration between frontend developers and content authors, which has helped to reduce bottlenecks and accelerate our publishing process.
Reliable, flexible CMS
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility. Overall, it is a good CMS in terms of being able to develop it and mould it into what you need to fit your requirements and support the business. It has a good amount of features available and if something is not available, it's likely it can be developed and added.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search function does not work very well when you have the amount of content that we do on our system. It can sometimes take a while to find the piece of content you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack allows you to mould our site to fit the firm's requirements e.g. if we want to add a feature such as a hero video or a trending section to our homepage, we can do so and in multiple ways. It does not limit us, it gives us the flexibility we need to be able to promote the business in the way we need to.
Highly robust and flexible CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Contentstack's ability to automate processes is critical to our operations. We run a large utility company, and all notifications about construction and outages must reach our customers efficiently. With a well-established process in Contentstack, our customer service team is self-sufficient in sending out notifications. Automated processes ensure that the latest updates are always visible to website users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are mainly limitations in the rich text editor that could be improved in my opinion. However, I think these are issues that our web cosultants could fix with a better setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack is a great CMS that helps me in my day-to-day operations. My main tasks involve all kinds of content management as well as ongoing customer solution development. I like the CMS’s user interface, the system’s stability, the continuous software development, and how it compares to other CMS platforms. In the coming months, we are moving our service website over to Contentstack, and we expect to have much more control over the service pages once the setup is finalized.

A powerful tool to manage content in multiple languages
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Contentstack for a while now, and overall, it's been a really positive experience. One of the things I appreciate most is how user-friendly the interface is—it doesn’t take long to get comfortable navigating around and managing content. It’s intuitive enough that even team members who aren’t super technical can jump in and contribute without much of a learning curve.
Another big plus is the range of add-on apps available. For example, the tools for managing translations have been incredibly helpful for our multilingual content. It’s great to have those capabilities built right into the platform rather than relying on external tools or workarounds.

What do you dislike about the product?
The bulk actions feature is a time-saver when working with large sets of entries or assets, but I do think there’s potential to take it even further. If bulk actions could be expanded to handle more complex tasks or offer more customization, it would make the platform even more powerful and efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Contentstack’s headless architecture, we can create content once and reuse it wherever we need—web, mobile, etc. Also, managing multilingual content used to be a headache. Contentstack’s integration with translation tools has made that so much smoother. We can now manage translations directly within the platform, which saves time and ensures consistency across languages.
very intuitive!

It was so easy to get started and our users could self onboard. Customer support is super responsive. All around great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using for web is easy, app has a learning curve for our content creators
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
creating content in one place for our multiple platforms
Content stack is flexible and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible and modular. I like that you can use all the built in features or make it your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Allow us to version content models. A record of how models and built and change would make the process more fluid and easier to iterate. We have version in the entries, but not in the models
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily build content that can be used on our consumer website.
