As a business partner for IBM, IBM Verify is one of the best tools you can approach a customer with.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a well thought out product which helps with compliance and it is a leading identity management product. You have great help from IBM Support and the Expert Labs if needed. It has out-of-the-box adapters for a lot of products and if not; you can create your own integrations easily as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve is high, but once you get there you have great experience across enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses many identity and access management issues around authentication and authorization. Traditional systems are prone to too many attacks and it helps modernizing the security around authentication. It makes user provisioning, de-provisioning and role based access controls an ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how IBM Verify CIAM provides a seamless and secure login experience with features like multi-factor authentication, adaptive access, and single sign-on. The integration capabilities with existing enterprise systems are strong, and the product is very stable, which makes it easier to manage large user bases.
The most helpful part is the balance between security and user experience. It reduces risks by offering advanced identity protection while still keeping the login process smooth for end users. The analytics and reporting tools are also useful for monitoring suspicious activities and maintaining compliance. Scalability is a big upside, making it suitable for organizations with complex identity needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a bit complex for new users, and the initial setup takes time because of the wide range of configuration options. Documentation could be more user-friendly, as it sometimes feels technical for non-specialist teams. Also, licensing costs can be on the higher side compared to some competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Verify CIAM is helping us manage user identities securely across different applications while reducing the risk of unauthorized access. It solves the problem of handling multiple logins by providing single sign-on and multi-factor authentication, which makes access both safer and easier. It also helps with compliance and monitoring by giving clear visibility into user activity. Overall, it has improved security, streamlined login processes, and reduced the burden on our IT team.

I really appreciate how seamless the user experience is. The platform makes authentication straightforward while keeping security strong, which gives both administrators and end users peace of mind. The integration options are flexible and well-documented, making it easier to fit into existing systems without much friction

While the platform is very powerful, the initial setup and configuration can feel complex, especially for teams new to enterprise-scale identity solutions. The documentation could sometimes be more beginner-friendly. However, once configured, it runs smoothly and requires very little day-to-day maintenance.

IBM Verify CIAM is helping us address the challenges of managing secure access across a large and diverse user base. It centralizes identity management, which reduces the complexity of handling multiple logins and credentials. By providing strong authentication and flexible integration with existing applications, it helps us prevent unauthorized access and ensures compliance with security standards. The IBM is trying to solve the implementation problem which is causing complications for the new customers and this is benefit to them and their new customers

most helpful would be from my side improved security, customer experience and 24/7 support, personalized interaction. The list is very long on the upsides

The least helpful is the complex implementation process. Rest of all is very good and highly effective for the users . configuration is lot of stress

They are currently focused on solving managing the customer identities, access across digital platform but this is not what we need or new users need they need to focus on the implemenation and configuration part.

What do you like best about the product?
In today's digital era, nothing is safe, but When I deployed IBM Verify CLAM Security has gone to the next level. I like it because of its amazing features. It should ask for extra proof like OTP and fingerprint and many more, and one that I like is that it automatically decides if a login is safe or not and smartly balances user and security features, which enable an extra layer of security.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features, which is amazing, but complicated for new users to understand and can be confusing for new users, and the admin panel is too complicated or outdated compared to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Verify CIAM helps me to manage my customer account using MFA. It is an extra layer of security for customers. It solved my headache of threat actors' or adversaries' account hacking problem, and one more thing that helped me a lot is that IBM Verify CIAM Risk-Based Authentication (RBA) helps manage my new customers or logins. It checks every login, like asking for extra verification, and the beneficial thing is that it provides self-service, like forgetting a password, where the user can reset the password themselves without the need for an admin. These features saved me a lot of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Using IBM Verify, we can validate creators, which helps our platform to have trusted creators and content. This also helps to avoid fake creators. The dashboard is very clean and unique, allowing for less operational effort and ease of use. We have a great team to support us throughout the journey. It can integrate with our system to ensure a smooth process. The tool significantly helps reduce scams in our industry with great security, including MFA and [missing information].

The platform requires some sort of learning and the price is high when compared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for creator validation and consent management builds trust and avoids fake creators and scams. The platform helps our company increase trust among users to explore various creators.

What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple internal dashboard applications to which only authorized users should have access, and other users should have limited access. For a few users, time-being access to the application was a challenging task before, but IBM Verify made it very easy to manage this type of access.

Loading the admin console will sometimes take more time to load. this causing problem when we want to perform immediate tasks.
