What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation of the platform. Ramp has helped create a streamlined process to quickly submit expenses and receive reimbursements.
What do you dislike about the product?
When submitting mileage it requires the user to attach a receipt. This becomes redundant as it already maps out the route when logging the travel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and organized expense management.

What do you like best about the product?
How much it saves me each and ever month. The accuracy to match up recipient via text/email is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to pinpoint a disadvantage but I wish the virtual and real cards were one in the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They very quickly solved the issue of time wasted during expense reporting. Their system provides the right amount of bells and whistles to be efficient and accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
The automated invoice/receipt matching via email is very helpful and reduces the time I spend keeping receipts organized for expenses. Also, being able to create as many virtual cards as I need is great! It helps keep things organized and categorized by vendor or projects however I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I fee like I receive too many text message alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps streamline the process of accounting for my departments expenses. The automated receipt matching and overall ease of use for creating or requesting new virtual cards is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is the most accessible form of automated expense management our team has used. We can enforce our budget policies with employees while ensuring compliance. Business travel and expenses are more accessible than ever, and we have eliminated the dull, time-consuming admin tasks and expense reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has been using this product for over a year, and we have not had any issues with the service or ease of using Ramp.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp's UI is seamless and super easy to use as an employee! I know exactly the budgets I have to spend for my expenses, and it is easy to link up receipts as I go. I also love the fun GIFs and personality it adds throughout the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I think overall, very straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue I always had about how much I could spend on things! It also saves time by syncing with receipts on my expenses, which is very helpful in my busy days!

Sends three texts per transaction. It would be better to have it consolidated into one.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Ramp for nearly a year and have been quite pleased with how user-friendly and flexible it is. Very easy to use, emailing/texting/uploading purchase receipts is a breeze, setting spend limits per card is easy and useful. Creating virtual cards, ordering physical cards, even turning any of the cards off - all super simple. Don't even get me started on how easy tracking spending is with their service. Overall, it's been a very handy tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism is the inability to use Ramp with Apple Pay. I don't have an Android phone, so don't know if Ramp integrates with Google Pay, but it would be very, very helpful not to have to carry a physical card around and to use Apple/Google pay instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would previously submit receipts to Accounting for all purchases. In many cases, this meant having to keep track of physical receipts. Now, I can simply snap a picture of a physical receipt as soon as I get it and email/text the image to Ramp. Even if I forgot to send the image, Ramp sends a reminder email about needing a receipt for the purchase.
