What do you like best about the product?
Ramps is extremely easy to use—super intuitive. And the fact that you can also text your receipts is just chef’s kiss.
What do you dislike about the product?
This happened as I'm writing this review. I was filling up some information that was missing and the system went down so all I did I have to redo once the system is back. That's always a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes business traveling so much easier. I also know the finance team is super happy

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and customization options could be more flexible, especially for larger organizations. International features and support for certain global payment scenarios can also be limited compared with enterprise-focused expense management platforms.

It automates expense reporting, receipt collection, card management, and reimbursement processes, reducing manual work and minimizing errors. This helps speed up the month-end close, improves policy compliance, and provides better visibility into company spending.

It's super easy to use, with the integrations and phone app, it's not hard to keep up with expenses in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone app doesn't synch with the desktop site, so I will still have items due not appearing in the phone app. But other than that, it's great

It's makes it super easy to keep up with expenses. From snapping a pic on my phone, to many receipts automatically matched, it's hard not to be caught up
