I appreciate how easy it is to upload receipts, and I also like being able to add notes to transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to immediately upload receipts through text. I also appreciate the dashboard, as it helps me stay up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I have with Ramp is that when I check the details of a transaction in my dashboard, the pending item disappears without any clear indication that it's complete. This leaves me unsure and often having to double-check in the completed transactions. Another challenge is when using a specific code for product samples that doesn't initially prompt billing a client, requiring extra steps to ensure everything is billed and categorized correctly. Additionally, some team members faced difficulties registering via phone due to settings or differences between iOS and Android, or issues with our organization's email link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp eliminates lost receipts by allowing us to automatically upload and categorize purchases, which makes tracking much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Ramp is super easy to use, and the text feature makes everything convenient. The automation is fantastic as it auto-generates receipts, which saves me heaps of time. I appreciate not needing to keep physical receipts since I can simply text pictures and get memos and cost codes generated automatically. The digital card feature is a big plus; the ability to copy and paste card information online is much more efficient than typing each number. I especially value the texting feature for receipt submission and the virtual card feature for its ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to look at the history of my approvals and maybe, like, if I approve something too quickly to be able to go back and change that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes managing receipts and approvals super easy, automating receipt generation and coding. I just text pictures, and it handles the rest, saving time and effort. I also love the text feature and virtual card for quick, hassle-free transactions.
