Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose one of three annual plans matched to your company's size: Startups + Small Business, Mid-Market, or Enterprise. Each plan is a separate 1-year contract, not a stacked tier you add on. Pricing is customized based on your organization's size, transaction volume, and feature needs, so you work with the vendor to set the final price. As you move from the Startups + Small Business plan up to Mid-Market and Enterprise, the plans add capabilities for larger, multi-entity, and global operations. Pick the single plan that fits your stage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What determines the final price for each annual plan?
The vendor sets pricing based on your organization's size, transaction volume, and the specific features you need. You work directly with the vendor's team to build a package. This means there is no fixed public rate; each contract is quoted for your company's requirements.
How do the three plans differ in what they support for larger operations?
The Startups + Small Business plan covers cards, invoice processing, and accounting sync for smaller teams. The Mid-Market plan adds automated reconciliation and configurable approval workflows. The Enterprise plan adds multi-entity management, local currency card issuing in 40+ countries, and dedicated implementation support.
Can I move to a different plan if my company outgrows my current one?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade through your dashboard or by contacting the vendor directly. As your needs change, you switch to the plan matched to your new stage. Each plan remains a separate 1-year contract rather than a stacked add-on.

Easy-to-Use with Quick Categorization, Slight Locking Hassles
Reviewed on Jul 28, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Ramp is easy to use and everything I need is already there, so I just have to add the receipt and a note. It categorizes everything for me, which is super helpful. I also appreciate that Ramp locks immediately if I don't add my receipts or any pending documents, as it helps me stay on track right away. The navigation is very straightforward, which adds to the positive experience. Setting it up was pretty easy too, and it's pretty convenient overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess locking it right away sometimes gives us some issues in terms of using it. And then if it's an emergency, you have to cram to basically get it unlocked. So sometimes we are not able to use it, and it gets delayed in, like, turning utilities on. Allowing you to be able to make transactions even if there's, like, pending expenses that have yet to get a receipt or had to be documented. That way, it won't allow bigger problems in terms of turning utilities or rental registrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Ramp simplifies my accounting by categorizing expenses easily, allowing me to stay on track.
