I have no complaints about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating expensing and reimbursements. Their AI features simplify much of the manual input process. Being able to create virtual cards to manage spend against certain budgets is great.

Ease of use, and it gives each employee ownership over their own expenses within their budget.

We seem to have to reconnect it to our bank account regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP helps me get reimbursements processed quickly, and it provides a quick way to process credit card expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
The utilization of ai to help fill out expenses and analyze invoices. It's also very helpful with questions and new processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We weren't able to sync with Certinia (SalesForce) to automate the upload of invoices and expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expenses are quicker and easier to code and submit. Invoices are also more easily entered and coded. Ramp has helped a lot with approvals and increasing performance for the Accounting department.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Ramp is to use. The interface is quick, making it really efficient for me. When I need to upload a receipt, I just go straight to Ramp, and because of its integration with my platform, it pulls up the receipt automatically. Setting it up was really easy too, which was a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes it takes a lot of time to reload the page, which is an issue for me. The login process can also be slow occasionally, although there are times it's good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Ramp solves corporate card management by supporting team and cross-platform transactions, and it simplifies my receipt uploads through platform integration.
