Ramp is easy to use and operates in the back ground.
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic expense matching, I love that it already knows whats a taxable and non-taxable expense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Signing in can be difficult if I signed up with my Gmail. It usually takes me a few minutes each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp for a free employee allowance. Its nice to know the app is always up to date with my expenses and I know how much I have left to use.
Company expenses, made easy.
What do you like best about the product?
A very simple process and interface to use. I like the fact that the company credit card is paid off automatically- no worries about having to be reimubursed when using a personal card.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had was while getting fuel while on a trip. I tried to use the card at the gas pump, but it was declined and had to go into the station. I had this happen two separate occassions and wasn't over my spend limit, so not sure the exact cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes keeping up with expenses very easy and tansparent. I can quickly snap a picture of the receipt and be done with it; not having to carry it around for a week or month and wait to file an expense report. In short, saves time and reduces stress.
Expensing made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp, in my opinion, is the most accessible business card software available. I have used other virtual business card companies for previous employment, but I like Ramp's UX and simplicity the most.
For work, I travel to expos, events, and conferences frequently and have to expense quite a bit before and after these long weekends. Ramp's quick approval process makes it easy to get virtual cards to pay for flights, food, etc.
I also love getting reminders through Slack to submit memos on what I need to be embursed.

What do you dislike about the product?
This might be functionality I am simply missing, but I get monthly notifications to submit recipes and memos for reoccurring payments. If there isn't already, I wish there were a way to mark that as a reoccurring payment so I didn't get so many notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to book flights at the last minute and don't have time to wait for a physical business card. The quick approval process and instant virtual card creation saves me a lot of time and often money when it comes to booking flights.
Easy to manage remote work stipends, professional development funds, and department expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Auto recognizes receipts so I don't have to break it out
What do you dislike about the product?
Having multiple cards can be confusing. I've accidentally used the wrong one before because I can't keep track of which last 4 digits belong to which card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple types of expenses and multiple people who are authorized to make those purchases. It's helpful to not have to share one card and then figure out which expense is which after the fact.
Ramp makes my job easier and gives a new fresh way to business finances.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful parts of ramp is the process of submitting receipts, requesting a spending increase and viewing my spending reports. The best part about this is how simple and user-friendly each task is. When using ramp it is all integrated seamlessly with each other. It works together through the app, the website, apple pay, and text messages, which is something I haven't seen other companies compete with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is how cheap the physical card is for my job and what I do. I would love to see a metal or highly quality card that doesn't tear up overtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp saves me time. They make it so easy to submit receipts and make purchases. We used to spend so much time entering receipts and manging our spending; now everything is quick and easy.
Easy to separate spend on different cards
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of being able to use different virtual cards for different purposes so I can easily see what I'm spending where. Having a specific expense rule for each card makes that very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's only USD—I live in Canada, so it's not easy to have to ship a physical card to the US and then get reimbursed in CAD. I found some workarounds (friends in the US and creating a Wise USD account) but it would still be great to offer multiple currencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp automatically approves expenses that match the rules I've set for each card, so I don't have to spend time submitting expense reports. It also makes it really easy to budget and track spend.
Very use friendly
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface. Saves time on submitting reimbursements.
What do you dislike about the product?
No problems with this application so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems so far
Ramp has made what could be a painful part of my job and my team's day-to-day, seamless and easy.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and has all capabilities we need as a small startup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything at the moment. It's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We issue cards to employees and contractors and have a lot of one-off expense situations that Ramp helps make easy
Ramp changes the game!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so helpful for my work, the speed of uploading receipts and the app experience are very helpful and efficient. I use both the virutal and physical cards when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The virtual card is tough for travel sometimes, but that' my only major issue. Everything else works fine. I don't really have too many issues with how ramp works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp keeps everything organized by program and by brand, job and department. The organizational aspect as well as showing how much money is spent on each card is very helpful.
Great way to easily incorporate fun-money to my day!
What do you like best about the product?
It's great having an extra card to use for non-essentials. I've used my ramp card for personal gym training and to treat my friends to a meal. Love how versatile the spending is, and it's also functional for Apple Pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't had noticeable downsides besides a payment not going through due to insufficient funds/improper vendor usage. This is more so user error, so I have no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use my $200 stipend for non-essential spending. Our company calls it the "Live Your Best Life" card, which is my intention. I've mainly used it for personal training and when eating at restaurants or on occasional grocery trips.
