No more manual expense reports!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the mobile app and its web interface. It's super easy to use. I love the Apple Wallet integration, which allows me to make company purchases using my phone or Apple Watch. Very convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile app had more functionality. It's straightforward, but I would love to see more stuff, like statistics or a map of where I have made company purchases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to manage expenses company-wide. It also allows our company to assign credit cards on the fly, assign expend policies, and automatically generate expense reports.

Love how much time it saves using the app!
What do you dislike about the product?
The internet version had some bugs early on in my use, but they seem to be fixed now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of submitting my expenses for reimbursement. Saves so much time compared to the old way of submitting expenses for reimbursement.
Huge receipt time saver
What do you like best about the product?
If I forget to submit a receipt, then ramp reminds me and notifies to do so. Also, it's super easy to attach a receipt since it auto connects the receipt to the purchase. It's so nice!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I haven't found a downside other than I can't use the same phone number for multiple ramp accounts since I work for two different companies that use Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I have ADHD, it helps me keep track of my spending and receipts, which is very beneficial! If I forget to import a receipt, it reminds me and I'm able to stay on top of everything.
Fast and easy reimbursement
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy reimbursement, Ramp automatically populates the required filled once you uploaded the receipt

None I can think of. Very nice platform for reimbursement

getting my expenses reimbursed quickly with easy steps to follow and automated receipt analization
Easy and fast
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can instantly upload my receipts, no more carrying them around for days or weeks waiting on the transaction to post so I can attach the receipt. It has made my life easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp is very easy. Keeping a mileage log is probably the hardest part and it is not hard, just a new way of doing things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expenses are process in real time. Easy to track and keep up with monthly spending.
Easy Peasy (and Quick) Reimbursements
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Ramp is the ability to submit receipts and create almost instant reimbursements. They usually get approved very rapidly and the money is in my account within 48 hrs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I have many (or any) dislikes with Ramp. It works just as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the problem of keeping track of reimbursable expenses. You can easily just upload receipts and Ramp takes care of the rest. You may have to fix a thing or two from the upload but it takes seconds.
Ramp is easy to use and quick!
What do you like best about the product?
The text feature that sees an expense and immediately texts you for a copy of the receipt is awesome! It provides security and ease of use for capturing and closing out expenses. You can even add the memo for details on why you expensed something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Ramp is working very well for me and I don't have any significant inputs or improvement recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp CC allows the business to have a company card instead of using personal cards. It has also provided ease of use to the people making expenses and minimzed the amount of back-end processing to charges being paid.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed in which I can get my expense reports completed.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! Not only for myself, managing a team of 9 reps, but also for those nine field marketing reps, out in the field, doing spends daily. We have very few, if any, missing receipts!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would LOVE to be able to integrate Ramp with MileIQ - but other than that - Ramp is a dream - and Ive used ALL the competitors.

TIME! Myself & my reps get so much time back bc we're able to capture receipts on the go!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I get notified of any purchase I make and how simple it is to submit a receipt and review the purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have asked for receipt exception in the past and even when my supervisor saying the request was approved, Ramp kept asking me for it.
