I love Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. Saves me tons of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particularly. There are so many features that I want to make sure I am using all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending checks, managing my company sppend.
Multi-entity Sage Setup
What do you like best about the product?
- We use Rippling and it automates onboarding new users to Ramp.
- Ramp easily handles our multi-entity setup.

What do you dislike about the product?
- We used the Sage multi-entity setup right at release. It took a few rounds to iron out some issues but has worked great since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ramp for our credit card program and bill pay.

Budget control, vendor specific cards, AP workflow management!

Honestly, there's nothing I can think of that I don't love!

Quick onboard process, no monthly subscription fee, quick customer support, real-time expense tracking, automated expense categorization, Smart savings recommendations

No automated straight-line amortization for prepaids, no card temporary limits

There is nothing I do not like about Ramp. It has everything we need.

Ramp has been adding new features, which most recently has checked all of our wish list items off.

User friendly, easy access to credit. Easy to update financials of the company (bank statements) Has a great cashback reward program too that we use every month on our statemens

I think sometimes the credit limit changes and it's hard to predict when it will happen

Helping us with ad campaigns. We run all our social media expenses (ad clicks) through Ramp

Extremely user-friendly, the company continuously makes improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
More filtering capabilities for various expense report categories would be helpful. E.G. If one category is X - only give me Y list in the other category.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is one place and ALL information is saved, which makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Applying a filter to what is upcoming and arranging according to due dates.

All the AP is one area.
Ramp has streamlined paying our bills, company expenses and employee reimbursements
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place that easily syncs with Quickbooks Online. Tasks that previously took two or three steps are easily completed in just one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get additional notifications after adding receipts and memos to expenses, but my biggest complaint is that we didn't know about Ramp sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has allowed solved the headaches of paying bills, reimbursing employees, and categorizing expenses while providing a good corporate credit card solution.
Platform is user friendly and has allowed us to move away from paper based forms
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for our end users. Even our less tech savvy users find it simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little challenging to sort through which transactions are fully approved and ready to export.

Moving to paperless expense reports and away from timely credit card reconciliation
