Ramp solves many problems we have as a small nonprofit.
What do you like best about the product?
Using virtual cards notifies us immediately if vendors being paid automatically raise rates excessively. Virtual cards also guard against fraud. As an officer of the company I do not have to personally guarantee payment as with other business cards. We operate on a cash basis so it is very convenient for us to pay our bill in full at the end of each month. It is feature rich and has a pretty intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp does not automatically sync transactions to QB Online, even if the chart of accounts code is assigned by rule. Sync is always a manual process. Most of our transactions are small. But when we host a conference we often hit the monthly spend limit despite the fact that we have plenty of money in the bank to cover the bill. I would like for ramp to be classed and treated as a bank in Quickbooks Online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves problems mentioned previously that we had with other credit card companies. I can usually get in and out quickly and get my work done.
A Streamlined Platform Saving us a LOT of Headaches!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Ramp is the employee expense reimbursment process with automated customizable workflows. No more paper expense reports to scan! Its incredibly intuitive for the employees, managers, and the Finance team.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only downsides is that our NetSuite vendors do not migrate over to Ramp for the Reimbursments module. They migrate for Card transactions and BillPay, but not Reimbursements which would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving inefficiencies in our finance processes by reducing the need to hound people for receipts, expense reports, and other memo information about card transactions. It is making us a much more productive team overall.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. Love the spending controls and when they identify duplicative spending and how much we could potentially be saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know there are parts of Ramp I am not using well but havent taken the time to learn all about those options yet. But that's on me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps us with business credit card access and better management of our CC spend.
Unbelievably easy transition
What do you like best about the product?
I am delighted with our Ramp experience. We moved to Ramp from concur--thus saving on concur and Amex fees--plus 1.5% cash back. Usage of ramp though, is so much easier than concur
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dont care for is the look and feel of the credit card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving us about $2k/month! It's also easier for employees to reconcile cc transactions. Cc expenses are now posted in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, they add new features pretty often that are helpful in making processes move smoothly. Works well with international reimbursements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have multiple accounts linked to one instance that can pay for different things ie one account for card balances, one for reimbursements.

Makes reimbursements and tracking spend a lot easier.
Easy to use and scale
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to generate reports and manage receipts. In an HR department of one, any time spent chasing receipts and documentation is suboptimal. This was the quickest and easiest system to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
We consolidated purchasing practices under our bank and issued credit cards to the team. Even though it's all automated, for a team our size it was a duplication of efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking usage of sales team monthly spending limits (when/where/which leads have been visited).

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to see who is spending what & where.
The automated reminders mean I don't have to bug my employees (Ramp does it for me!).
The accounting rules make sure that coding is accurate & consistentent.

I don't like that you have to issue a card to employees for them to submit reimbursements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to see who is spending what & puts the responsibility on the card holder to defend their spend.

Quick, easy to use, cashback and great for startups
What do you like best about the product?
I love the mobile upload of receipt. I love how easy it is to get cash back and to pay down balances if we are getting to close to the limit. As a founder, there's always not much time so very aprpeciative of the easiness to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to write here. The customer support is generally okay - I was referred by someone and that person qualified for a referral incentive but never received it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows where I'm spending even at the time level so I can see if I have spent less or more than previous months at any specific time. This is great as there are always changes in our business and making sure our spend aligns with taht is very important.
