What do you like best about the product?
Getting my money reimbursed always. Quick and easy process! I love being able to everything clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love Ramp! Maybe if it could look more animated? But that's just a suggestion :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes sure I always get my money back. I love being able to see the progress of the reimbursement so I know exactly when I'll get my money back. I'm able to pay my bills on time!

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so easy to use and saves our team members so much time! The app is intuitive and Ramp makes continuous improvements to the technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team was spending so much time at the end of the month completing expense reimbursements and mileage requests. Ramp allows our team to be efficient which in turn is increasing our data accuracy.

The lag in the payment posting to my bank and being able to sync it to my quickbooks

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is really easy to use. Cash back is a great feature as well. Our team moved over to Ramp from another expense tool and has really liked the change!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot that we don't like... it's a good tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team members can have their own business credit card - this makes it easy to track company expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
While I only used Ramp for some initial office expenses, it was more user-friendly than past expense systems I've used. It came with a virtual card number that allowed system-categorization of most expenses, as well as fewer receipts needed. The reimbursement was fast and any snags in the submission process were fleeting and/ or remedied with a page refresh.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I had with the virtual card was that it wasn't really possible to use the entire budget since online vendors don't generally accept more than one form of payment. For example, if there was $15 of budget left and I wanted to get something that was $50, I was out of luck. I'm sure that this is how they are saving companies a lot of money with unused budget. Also, it's impossible to use a virtual card in person. While online shopping can save money, there are sometimes unnecesary shipping costs. There was still the need for some receipts, too. And for one submission, it wasn't initially clear to me that it was incomplete. I had to come back later to categorize it when I thought I was finished with it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to figure out, has a good cash back program, and has made our month-end process that much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't had an issue that couldn't be overcome, resolved, or corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's take a 1-week process down to a few hours each month!

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Ramp for a couple of years now. At first we weren't sure about it. Now we love how everything is in one place and we don't have to worry about where the Card is or losing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, the Staff thought having to upload the recipts was time consuming. However, my boss thinks it's great. I think if you raise the receipt limit might be the answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the administrator on the Account, I receive emails for Transactions that are made. I can keep track of activity in real time. Our business is growing and Ramp is the card we'll be using to help keep things organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that is syncs with my accounting software to import the expenses seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some issues with implementation and it took a little bit longer time to get everything set up, but it is all good now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of receipts and credit card spend by employee.

Wish I Could Use it More

What do you like best about the product?
The syncing with Quickbooks. The credit card transactions and their payments sync immediately. I've had no trouble reconciling the account in Quickbooks. I really like that the attachments are pushed into Quicbooks as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
How is it possible that you can not create a file for positive pay? We would like to pay our bills through Ramp, but can not because we use positive pay through Wells Fargo. There also appears to be a secuirty setting that needs to be changed. I am only authorized to approve up to a certain limit and then the CFO has to be the one to approve. Right now, I can change that setting in Ramp and allow myself to approve anything or to create and approve. We need a system where two users are required for every bill payment transaction, one to create and one to approve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily issue credit cards to our employees and reconcile the charges.

Great Expense Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool for office and field teams. The automated text reminders for receipts and memos saves our accounting team a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations on the amount of credit and timing of when payments are due are a set back for companies without a strong cash position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving receipts and memos from the field team and limiting what they spent was always a change. Ramp creates the necessary restrictions and gets the field team to ask for approval.
