Easiest spend and expense management product I've used
What do you like best about the product?
It's lightweight, self-explanatory and the employees love it! Customer support is great, quick to respond. Implementation and integration were a breeze for our 25 person company and our initial account rep would check in every couple weeks to guide us. We use Ramp everyday and deploy cards for instant and long term recurring payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The headers can be non-intuitive, leading to some guessing when clicking around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time in terms of payments, deployment, authorizations and approvals.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is great for managing credit card spending. The flexibility and real-time transaction visibilty is an extremely useful tool. The mobile app allows for submitting receipts and providing accounting info. on the spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish Ramp would provide the exact amount being auto-drafted. "This amount is being drafted for all transactions cleared at 11:59pm EST on this day."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has solved the issue of not receiving receipts and account coding for transactions, in addition to limiting spending on unauthorized items/services.
Truly satisfied with the ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly user friendly. Very happy with the ability to give our employees the autonomy to go out and make purchases while maintaining overall control.
What do you dislike about the product?
The changing credit allowance. This causes a little bit of a struggle with planning for ongoing monthly purchases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping us to automate our expense report process as well as bypassing the need for tracking down purchases for each employee with one company credit card. We are having a much easier time getting our accounts reconciled and clients billed in a timely manner using this product.
Efficient software with lots of possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is great. It is easy to track spend by individual and spend program. Additionally, the integration into QBO is seemless and allows for specific rules to reduce the time it takes to record things properly. Furthermore, the slack integration empowers users to quickly upload receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor, but locating the monthly statements within the online platform is not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily provide corporate credit cards to all employees. For employees with frequent travel, it is quick and easy to provide physcial corporate cards, and for employees that travel seldomly, the virtual cards and reimbursement functions are great features.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is the ideal credit card for businesses. It is easy to set up and designate limits for employees. Having both physical & virtual cards is convenient yet safe. The customer support team is quick to respond.

Having such a high balance when applying

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes virtual cards & expenses at our startup so much easier. Plus, the product design is just amazing - everything is so beautiful, and so many delightful little details in there too.

Honestly nothing, it's a fantastic tool. Does everything we want it to, perfectly.

I use Ramp expense management and virtual cards. It makes it extremely quick and simple to manage company expenses and spend.

Easy CC Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has been a huge help in tracking and recording credit card purchases by all of our team members. I love the "mark ready" feature on all transactions and how we can require a receipt on certain purchases. Receipt collecting was one of my biggest struggles prior to ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the specific set up areas on the site are a little confusing to find.

Receipt collections and determining why items were bought.

I like the way I can capture expenses so easily and also it's easy integrations make it super simple to close books quickly

It has gotten a bit complex to manage cards and all of the expense modules for a small startup like ours. Need to simplify based on company stage. We probably don't need all the features.
