good and efficient system
What do you like best about the product?
easy dashboard and quick onboarding, easy implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't think it was clear that Ramp is not a credit card company, but rather a charge card. so services like disputing a transaction take longer and don't yield the same results as a credit card company.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Outlook receipt match integration can be improved. This is the one feature that sold me on the product, and it hasn't met my expectations yet. We still have time to fix that, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For small finance teams looking for a product with an automated workflow and intelligent features, Ramp is what dreams are made of.
Spend Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has greatly helped our organization. The ease of use and the ability to create and manage company spending instantaneously has allowed us to free up valuable time for important tasks. Custom alerts and approvals makes spending easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are growing and there are some things such as tax fields that do not yet sync over to Xero accounting software in particular. Ramp has noted this and indicated that it will be a future consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spend Management is the major problem that Ramp is helping our organization with. It allows us to restrict and permit any user to spend on business needs with embedded approvals.

What do you like best about the product?
I love not having to key in all of the credit card transactions for our employees anymore. It saves so much time. Having the employee put in their own memos and general ledger accounts and all I have to do is review them and make sure they are correct is awesome. It is easy to correct any incorrect information that users imput.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when Ramp did updates that they would send out emails on the updates and what was updated. I'm sure that there is somewhere that you can find that information, but I'm not sure where it is at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has helped me solve a lot of time related issues... Keying in credit card receipts, hunting down employees to get the receipts and finding out what the receipts are for. Just feeling like I am nagging them for receipts/information.

ONCE SET UP VERY LITTLE MANAGEMENT REQUIRED

RAMP has very little problems, the only change I would like to see is funds available to make payments.

Ramp is the best! Does everything I need and has such great features.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Ramp's great features including the virtual cards, integrations, great support, and I love their bill pay service. I use it almost every day. Ramp makes it easy to submit receipts and setup is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes forwarded receipts don't match up, but other than that, everthing's pretty good. I just wish they could come out with more features quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp manages all our receipts as well as employee reimbursements. Everthing is documented very clearly and organized. Ramp's bill pay system makes paying vendors a breeze.

Integration with our ERP system, making transaction entries, receipts tracking and reconciliation so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We are super happy with the whole implementation process.

Syncing transactions into our ERP system saved about 0.5 FTE.

the Bill pay is not very user friendly and does not work for our company well and the texts mix up receipts and memos.

Ensures we get receipts for employees and we can control what they spend.
