Fast Reimbursements, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Ramp makes reimbursement requests incredibly quick, especially with its receipt scanning feature that allows me to get approvals and reimbursed really fast. It's super useful when I'm on a business trip as it helps me easily scan and keep track of my expenses. Ramp is also very easy to use, which I appreciate. We switched to Ramp because it's more modern and fast compared to what we used before. The initial setup was pretty easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more notifications about when my money is coming. I currently need to go into the app to see progress, but it would be nice to have email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Ramp very fast for scanning receipts, getting approvals, and receiving reimbursements. It's easy to use, and while on business trips, it helps me quickly scan and track expenses.
All-in-One Solution with Outstanding Support and Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
I like the all in one nature of Ramp, using them as corporate cards, and accounts payable has been incredible for our team. All of their UI/UX is really well done and their team is really great to work with, I've had support tickets answered by them super quickly, and that's been super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that the platform can be buggy. Not in any way that makes it un usable but in ways that do become frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solved the problem of costly platforms that didn't have the functionality that we needed. So it's managing all of our Accounts Payable and Employee issued corporate cards. Which having all of them in a solution where employees feel the ease of use has been incredible.
Super Intuitive and Effortless to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Its super easy to use. Both desktop and app are very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cant think of anything...Well, I had to replace my card once and our company shredder didnt like the card, lol.

Limited flexibility for complex or global finance needs: while Ramp is great for fast-growing US-based teams, it can feel restrictive if your company needs advanced workflows, multi-entity accounting, or strong international support.

Ramp solves inefficient spend management and manual expense tracking, and it benefits us by saving time through automation, reducing errors, and giving better visibility into company spending, which helps us make faster and more informed financial decisions.

The interface is intuitive, which makes it very easy to use and navigate.

There isn't really anything I dislike. If there is, I haven't come across it yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of Ramp because it's very simple and all the text is very natural. It makes it easy for me to know what my account balance is and enables me to get reimbursed very quickly. It makes perfect sense to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess it would be nice if I could get some prompts from Ramp telling me how much I have left in my account and then giving me some cues to submit receipts.

it is a new app for Accounting book keeping that help my expenses & saving in monthly basis

i am not like that all my data store in app like my credit card , ATM card details my saving A/c no.

I really appreciate how quick it is to match up expenses using Ramp, which is a huge time saver for me. Additionally, Ramp's interface stands out for its ease of use. The simplicity and straightforwardness make handling business expenses much more manageable, and these aspects particularly benefit those who might not be tech-savvy. Moreover, Ramp's ease of use was a compelling factor for my team when deciding to switch from our previous tool (although I can't remember its name). The entire transition process was smooth, which highlights how user-friendly the setup is. All these aspects make Ramp not only practical but also accessible to everyone on my team, enhancing our overall efficiency. The convenience and efficiency provided by Ramp's features contribute significantly to improving our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to choose a default category rather than being limited to the existing default options.

Super helpful and quick. I am able to find my card info for transactions with ease
