Cadoo's Experience on Ramp

  • August 03, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to managing SAAS subscriptions, comping employees for misc expenses, getting a good overview of non-salary spending, Ramp is by far the best tool we have used to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only neglgent thing which could have been better was service in Ukraine when I travaled there. Other than that Ramp has been a perfect card and a flawless organization!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to track spend on nonemployee salaries accurately.

Ramp is outstanding

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage all my cardholders instantly. I can issue and terminate cards at the click of a mouse. I can see transactions in real-time. Ramp allows for real-time adding of new users, changing of credit limits, creating new virtual cards, removing users, restricting spend amounts to specific vendors, and the list goes on! My company's cardholders have raved about how easy life is now that they can email or text in receipts of their photos — no more waiting until month-end to dig through a pile of receipts and enter them into a spreadsheet. Ramp's customer support is quick and thorough. The cashback is an excellent perk too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that Ramp currently does not have allocations available in the Accounting function; I have to manually enter allocations to different programs. However, I have submitted my comments and requests to Ramp's support team, and they are very responsive. Support has sent my requests to the design team, and hopefully they will be on the roadmap soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have fewer lost receipts, zero downtime for preparing credit card expense reports at month-end, and zero hassle with Ramp!

Exceptional service

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to add and change credit cards on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to make a payment for a specific credit card during the middle of a month. For instance if we are overspending in one account allow me to make a payment to that account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to allocate credit cards to my employees. Very easy to add special types of cards that may be used for a one time event.

Ramp is perfect for my startup

What do you like best about the product?
Adding virtual card is very straight forwards an easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they allowed us to use AzureAD for authentication/Single Sign On. We get by with Google login (which uses AzureAD for Single Sign On) but it is not how we like to do things around here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using ramp to increase our security and stability. All SaaS vendors get their own credit card. If any one gets hacked it will not affect our ability to pay our other SaaS vendors.

Ramp Saves Me Time and Gives Me Free Money

  • August 02, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a founder, Ramp saves me a lot of time. I can easily spin up cards for one-time use, SaaS subscriptions and payments to vendors, as well as card programs for things like remote setups and perks/benefits. It syncs with QuickBooks, so spend management and accounting are a breeze. The 1.5% cash back across the board is great and adds up over time. Lastly, they point out vendors that they're partnered with for credits and discounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't had any issues so far. Notifications can get a bit annoying but you can change your preferences
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spend management is the main problem I'm solving. I've realized a lot of time saved as well as money back through partner discounts and cashback.

Where has Ramp been all my life

  • August 02, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Can easily give each team member a credit card, seamless receipt tracking process
What do you dislike about the product?
If one card is on file for ops expenses across the org, only one team member gets the email alert that a receipt is needed. That team member has to remind others to send receipts to ramp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each team member can manage their own corporate card virtually or get a physical card sent. Can take pictures or forward emailed receipts to receipts@ramp. Takes the burden out of tracking expenses
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for remote teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it collects receipts and manages payments across my team. I was using one debit card and sharing it with my team, and that got complicated quickly. Ramp is what I was looking for, and I can see many other potentially great features that we aren't even touching yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one. My whole team loves it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My first problem was trying to reconcile receipts and categorize transactions appropriately for our grant funding reporting. Ramp allowed this to happen in real-time and distribute the workload across the team. Second I wanted security and better controls overspending. Our team is growing, and one debit card with access to our complete account was pretty scary, even though I trust my team. Ramp gave immediate insights into spending and unleased the team to do better work faster.
