Ramp for business
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is simple to use, overs indepth reporting and streamlines processes
What do you dislike about the product?
would be good to put approvals around certain transactions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
issuing corporate cards with ease to emplyoees has been very useful. good cashback. easy to use interface

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to organize expenses in a company with many people

nothing really. Everything has been smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple people in the company and knowing who spends what in an automated way its extremely comfortable.
Very Good Product
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has built a great product (from immediately being able to create virtual cards to easy receipt matching). It's very smooth, which is not how I generally describe credit card or corporate expense programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really bad customer service...they don't get back to you, and it's been the one thing that has been quite bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporate expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an amazing credit card and expense platform. In addition to traditional physical credit cards, you have the ability to create multiple virtual credit cards with incredible controls on spending. And... when you use your physical or virtual credit cards, you receive an immediate text or email reminder to upload your receipt in reply. So easy! We are going to save incredible amounts of time processing and recording company expenses at every level. The platform is beautifully designed and easy to set up and use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything so far. It's a great system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extremely easy expense controls. Saving time on submitting expenses and keeping them organized.
Easy setup, lots of visibility, good cashback
What do you like best about the product?
Set up was quick and easy. 1.5% cashback is competitive with any other card I could find. Lots of visibility and controls on spend
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet figured out how to pay invoices that request ACH payment. Ramp is only a debit card, as far as I can tell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a corporate card ASAP. I wanted one with cashback. Ramp gives me added security and a number of great discounts from their partners.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of loading receipts by text and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The immediate requests for a receipt as soon as the transaction is complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to let my team book their own travel instead of using one card and having to do reimbursments.
Better, Faster, Cheaper
What do you like best about the product?
It seems to work better than my prior expense and corp card systems. I love that I can issue my own cards without involving a traditional bank. I like how much faster it is and how there are more automation options. I also like that I don't pay for Ramp, rather Ramp pays me to use it. Better, Faster, Cheaper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found anything yet. I suppose just having to learn a new system and then train my staff on a new system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps me to have a better real-time look at our organizational expenses. We are just beginning to use it so our benefits are still being figured out. At this point, probably the best change for us is that I no longer have to ask my staff to use their own personal cards and submit for reimbursement.
Cutting Edge
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Ramp is amazing. Ramp organizes a company's use of credit card spending. The spending programs are a great tool to track and control spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. We are just geting started, but so far so good. Very impressed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and controlling credit card spending is now much easier. The online portal is simple and easy to use and all the data lives in one spot!
Love this Card for business
What do you like best about the product?
I love the accessibility for managers of teams and the ease of use submitting receipts and memos
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is hardly worth mentioning because this card is so easy to use. Our previous card vendor had personalized pictures and logos on our physical cards. I wish this card had that. But it really doesn't matter as much any more since so many transactions are online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have more visibility for teams managers, and it is easier for employees to reconcile their receipts.

The ability to create virtual cards has been great. The spending management is also proving very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far; we've just started using the system and don't have anything negative to say.

We are getting all of our charges off of multiple cards onto one main platform.
