Great User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use and there are a lot of great features, such as the new bill pay option and the ability for employees to request personal expense reimbusements.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have liked everything with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping better track of receipts and getting good memos from employees for their purchases so we can more accurately categorize expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to provision cards. Easy to set limits. On boarding flow was fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! Maybe would have liked a higher initial credit limit but that's about all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier accounting and integrations with quick books.

What do you like best about the product?
1. 1.5% cashback - no confusing points system with multiple ways to redeem points for cash resulting in you losing money if you click the wrong button.
2. The UX is amazing particularly the Insights page is very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Insights page ad to invite team doesn't go away. I don't have anyone else to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted more cashback and to get rid of Expensify which is overpriced and annoying.
Team expenses made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has made sharing virtual cards, using those cards, and submitting receipts seamless. They have taken the stress out of expense tracking by proactively prompting and matching receipts to charges.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were just a few too many updating emails, but it is rather easy to opt in/out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an international team and were having issues with giving our leadership the correct types of credit cards and our accountant often fell behind on tracking down receipts. With Ramp we have solved these two issues.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use! Emails get sent to me so fast and forwarding the receipt makes this process so streamless. The memo is easy and helps the not tech-savvy feel empowered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any negatives! Ramp has made my life much easier.

The stress of forking out own personal funds and waiting to get reimbursed.
Great experience for corporate card
What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup and onboarding, high credit limits, excellent reporting, virtual cards. Great online interface

Occasioanlly the credit limit fluctuates as bank balance fluctuates throughout month.

We're using Ramp for corporate credit and tracking/managing spending.

Multiple cards by category for better receipt matching. Automated receipt matching

Nothing yet. Sign up was easy. Issuing cards was easy.

Ease of use makes it totally not a pain to create new cards for expenses.

Having to wait for approval of the card internally.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use with prompts via email etc. Helps me keep track of where I am and what needs to be submited.

So far the only challenging piece I've found is the link from the email to sign in did not automatically work. but that's a small problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having 100+ folks expense small things per month without having a lot of overhead per transation. Promoting autonomy and trust over management.
Ramp is awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
It's almost impossible to forget to upload a receipt. The new Gmail scanning feature is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some errors to transactions that are similar from the same vendor over a short period of time. It's glitched a couple times when it comes to those transactions.
