Cool innovative software
What do you like best about the product?
Auto matching of receipts and charges; no filing of expense reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is complexity in the ability to set rules and that could be programmed/laid out in a more user-accessible manner, but a minor complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting expense reports filed, at all, was a problem for us. This is helping...
Helpful for accounting from vendors like Amazon that send multiple charges for the same order.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to connect GL accounts to the proper charges and easily synced to QBO.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most significant improvement that I would make is to include an App for uploading receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most considerable benefit is that Amazon purchases condense into one charge. I save a lot of time not having to chase down separate payments.
Expense reports are easy now!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Ramp is that the process of submitting expenses is as easy as sending a text message or forwarding an email receipt. As a team leader, I also have the ability to send digital cards to team members for a set amount, or budget, that makes their expense reporting much easier, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of many things I dislike right now. If anything, it's the amount of time it takes to change all my online payment methods to Ramp. Then again, that really isn't that bad of a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not a problem, per se, but it's really saving time and reducing stress/anxiety associated with expense reporting.
New User, but loving it!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of reporting in Ramp is by far the best! My team has integrated quickly, and no complaints! We switched from Expensify, and Ramp is not only a good alternative, but it's also better!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. I even like that it is a charge card that doesn't affect my credit. If I had to nit-pick, it would be the lack of an app, but that is very secondary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had trouble running our employees down for receipts. The ability to get a text prompt to submit them changes the game. We also used QuickBooks for bill pay, but using Ramp makes much more sense for us.
Me & My Team Love Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use: all-in-one platform for managing spend, automatically categorizing purchases, expense tracking. Everyone on the team loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have only been using it for a few weeks now, but no complaints so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing employee spending. Quickly allowing new employees access to cards to make purchases they need. Auto categorizing spend via expense specific virtual cards.
Ramp makes managing cards so simple and smooth.
What do you like best about the product?
The simple user enterface, and ability to automatically issue temporary digital cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike! I really enjoy the simple text receipt options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and fast to get cards for team members. When traveling we no longer have to pass around a company card.

Do it! It has been a very positive system for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to submit and track receipts. Very easy to test or email, and I love that I get a response back right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there isn't anything I dislike about the product.

We are working on getting our receipt process streamlined and set up for everyone can easliy upload them.
Ramp is great
What do you like best about the product?
Auto matching of receipts is extremely helpful and time-saving. The text feature is also very convenient. Iphone and laptop. Much better than any other software I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Nothing is missing so far however, I am relatively new to using it. I think it's all great so far. Nothing I can suggest to make it better. No improvements needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time justifying expenses. Saving time. We are saving money by saving time. Yes. Yes, we are much more productive. We are better able to accurately track spending.
Controller Review of Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
In our short time with Ramp, we have completely transformed our spending process. We are able to auto sync with our GL, review and approve expenses, define importing rules and have complete visibility into our spend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unique to our business, we pay hundreds of bills per week and would like to see a workflow built for application of these payments to open bills in our accounting system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unsecured credit card program with high limits allows us to put our cash to work. Unique set up in our instances allows us to spread card cycles across the month.

Use this product! Great company and business model
Extremely simple interface with easy to sue advanced capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to easily assign cards to employees and outside vendors. I also love earning rewards for all of my purchases and having the peace of mind of having fraud protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only dislike is not having a signup bonus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows our payment methods to be more organized and to keep track of receipts on the fly. It also allows us to have our accounting system synced up and have a better idea of our general expenses for our company.
