we trialed ramp and divvy at the same time. ramp was more user friendly, intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
user friendly, syncs with quickbooks online. can match receipts via text.
What do you dislike about the product?
when it syncs with quickbooks, it does not translate "memo" inputted into ramp to quickbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problems are with syncing all of the info from ramp to quickbooks to match. benefits are ease of issuing and terminating cards.

What do you like best about the product?
That we get cashback on every purchase which helps us save money!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is very slow to respond to issues and inquires
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving money with the cash back feature but we just started using it so Im sure there will be other benefits forthcoming as we get more familiar.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage different cards is what we value the most. The fact that you also save money by using them is just a bonus. There's also an excellent overview to help you better manage your spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some issues with cards randomly failing to bill but then working later on. Whether it's a Ramp issue or with the vendor, I'm not sure. It's only happened a few times, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving money per transaction is nice. Avoiding having to share card details with different members of the team is also a great benefit. The insights to save even more is also great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a service to manage credit cards, Ramp is the best we've found.

What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of integrations. We are able to customize rules and requirements. Also the platform is very user friendly! This has made it a lot easier for us to provide easy ways for staff to buy what they need, especially when working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have both a Canadian and US company, there is no Canadian side so we have to flow everything through our US company and convert it. Would be really helpful to have these services available in Canada and through our Canadian bank accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no more submitting expenses and then having to send the money to each employee. All staff members have easy access to a card to purchase office supplies when they need them without getting approval first.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that ramp supports corporate card, and reimbursement functionality.
I love that ramp continues to invest in their product, making it bigger, better.
I'd rather have one platform than multiple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I dislike are the things that ramp can't do "yet". I want to emphasize the "yet" because it has been amazing to see ramp add more functionality to their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've automated reimbursement processing.

Our corporate users love how easy it is to submit receipts.

My accounting team is spending less time manipulating data, and more time reviewing it.

Completely Changed How We Manage Our Business

What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability for cardholders to submit and manage their receipts via text and email. Previously, they were managing receipts in an online folder. Access was cumbersome and clunky. Ramp is very streamlined. We also love that our GL accounts are built right into Ramp. Card rules and customizable card policies are also changing how we run our business. Lastly, virtual cards -- amazing! For business needs, this is a huge improvement on how we were managing this previously. Huge Win!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have encountered a couple of bugs in the system. While they slow us down a little, it is not detrimental. We have had issues with cardholders that use an Android phone are unable to text in their receipts as they match to the wrong transactions. Our workaround is that Android users just need to log receipts in the dashboard. The mobile dashboard is very user-friendly. The other bug we have noticed is that for one of our merchants, the system is auto-populating memos based on previous transactions. The memos are incorrect, so we just need to make note to correct them when processing transactions. A little frustrating, but not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to transactions and spend by cardholder and merchant. Being able to easy divide up the workload in Ramp by department. We've also realized that this is way better than a traditional company credit card. The technology built into the online dashboard far exceeds other company cards I have seen. We love having all of the information in one location.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is very easy to use. Our employees hate change, and no one complained about using Ramp. I am very impressed with all of it's features and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We're very happy with Ramp and have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we manually process expense reports and now everything is automated. It saves so much time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've very happy with Ramp and highly recommend it!

Automated PCard Solution

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send each cardholder reminders for receipts and memos directly through the Ramp website! Also, the transactions sync directly to NetSuite when you're ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think employees should have the ability to submit a reimbursement as one whole amount instead of many single items for one employee. When we see this in our bank and NetSuite, all these different line items look messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows cardholders to text and email receipts to be attached to the transaction, which saves a lot of time for our cardholders. Also, the ability to create customized cards for specific vendors has been beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation! It makes my life easier. Also the cash back is FANTASTIC

I wish there were more options to build out multi-tier approval processes for a matrix environment.
