Extremely user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily upload my receipts or forward them to ramp directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the time Ramp is super user-friendly and easy to navigate through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You don't have to wait for days/weeks to close out an expense report.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Easy Peasy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of sending in the receipts to match purchases made.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, none, but we have not fully rolled it out to all our cardholders yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is just starting with Ramp. Being the one handling all credit card receipts, it will be a load off of me & give more responsibility to users.
Simplified spend management with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
I was impressed by the amount of features Ramp has built into their platform. Their receipt matching is great and helps us track receipts with minimal effort. We're also able to create employee cards with lots of rules around spend management!
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other corporate card platforms like Brex, Ramp has a good cashback percentage across all spend but does not have increased bonuses on specific categories, e.g. dining and transport.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a way to manage employee expenses without needing to use a separate expense tool or hiring an accounting team. With Ramp, we're able to easily generate employee cards for them to spend with directly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ramp is great for startups to manage company expenses without a dedicated accounting team!
Seamless and Simple Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
The initial setup of my account was the easiest user implementation experience of my career. I created my account, set my password, confirmed my mailing address, and requested a physical card be sent to me in less than 3 minutes total. It would have been even shorter if I could read faster.
Now that I'm using it, the platform is incredibly easy to navigate, and I love logging my receipts by text and email since most of my expenses land in my inbox as an invoice - 2 clicks and it's forwarded & matched.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's still less than two months since we made the switch, so I don't have any issues at this point. It just works. As I start to build out my own team and manage employee expenses there may be other areas that cause concern but nothing today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today I use Ramp as a user rather than a manager, so the problem is simple, I don't want to spend time logging every expense with great detail and multiple steps. Ramp makes it easy to track my expenses, request limit increases, and log all my receipts. Once I start filling my team out, I'm sure it will make the review and approval process easy as well.
Highly recommended corporate card solution
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp simplifies corporate card programs by using technology to simplify and improve the expense reporting process. It requires minimal user training and saved time on the back end.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints. Everything is very easy to use and intuitive. The only improvement I would like at some point in the future would be a native connection to ERP systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has improved our expense reporting process by automating the majority of the process for our users. Employees no longer need to spend time creating traditional expense reports, and accounting/bookkeeping time is cut down significantly as a result. We are also using the many tools Ramp has to better control our spending and create systems to limit out-of-policy spend.
Best business card solution for growing startups
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding was frictionless, the user experience of managing cards and spend is very clean, and we received our physical cards within just a couple of days of signing up. Matching receipts is very straightforward as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be awesome to see a mobile app that lets you easily view recent transactions and overall spend - the website is easy to use, but I'm used to using mobile apps to check up on our other bank and credit card information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a business card that would give us more flexibility and allow us to scale as we grew the team. They have a very straightforward card issuing system, and the rewards make the most sense for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ramp is a very nice business card with an excellent user interface for managing everything related to the card. It's quickly moving into other functionality that can be helpful, like expense management and reducing SaaS spend, while other providers don't have this. While they're still early, they've grown very quickly, and they are clearly approaching the space from the perspective of developing better software and services to help companies save time and money.
A new way for nonprofit corporate cards
What do you like best about the product?
In operating a non-profit organization, things like obtaining credit can be a bit tricky. Normally, a personal guarantor is responsible for the account, which can be viewed a conflict of interest for a CEO. Ramp's model allows us to leverage credit for our operations without this challenge.
Additionally, we just switched from using Chase and American Express, and the difference in how we manage our purchasing, collecting receipts and reimbursements, the ability to issue virtual cards, this is all going to be a game changer!

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is unable to connect with our small community bank, and although this is something that's not necessary, it's something that may be important in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our non-profit is able to maintain credit cards for its operation and staff without "muddying the waters" with the IRS, putting pressure on employees to be the guarantor, and causing executive transition problems later.
Great expense management tool with many advantages
What do you like best about the product?
Integration features to slack, netsuite etc. Easy to use and 1.5% cashback on all transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could improve on the spend reports as the CSV download is basic, no titles etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business expenses are captured, monitored, and controlled.
Excellent product
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very clean and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to have funding before we got approved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our finances are much clearer and easy to manage. It's great to be able to set limits per employee.
Decent platform for spend management and cash back
What do you like best about the product?
The Ramp platform has a sleek UI and is easy to navigate, both for users and administrators. The implementation of Ramp was also a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration between Ramp and Slack is weak compared to other similar platforms. There are limited commands and limited natural language the integration recognizes. Also, the sync between Ramp and your accounting software is not automatic - a user must "mark" the transactions they want and then manually sync. It's not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Ramp as our spend management platform, which includes issuing virtual and plastic cards to employees. We also use the expense reimbursement function of Ramp. They have rolled out an AP/payments feature, but we haven't used that since we're happy with Bill.com. The 1.5% cash back on all spend has been quite nice, too. We save a good deal of money each month with this.
