Easy to use and great UI/UX

What do you like best about the product?
Receipt auto review is a fantastic feature making the post-purchase process painless!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really I haven't hit any blockers or pain points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial management across my teams is much easier. Issuing short time virtual cards makes travel easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Receipt matching is the best feature, makes reconciliation a breeze. I don't have to find the receipt and struggle to attach it to the transaction!!
What do you dislike about the product?
*Inability to pay vendors who do not accept credit card payments *Would like to have the possibility of getting the cashback in forms other than credit to a business account

Ramp - A better way to manage business expenses

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about ramp is the ability to create multiple virtual cards that are limited to a single vendor. This really lowers the chances of fraud and makes it much easier to see where you are spending your money. The second best thing is receipt management. You can snap a pic of a receipt or simply forward the confirmation email to Ramp and they automatically connect it with the credit card charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that the cash back is only 1.5%. There are some 1.75% and 2.0% cashback options but they either require a personal guarantee or act more like a debit card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was charging a lot of business expenses to my personal card which was difficult to manage and subsequently reimburse. Ramp makes it much easier to track and properly code business expenses. It connects directly with my QuickBooks account which saves a ton of time.

Things are kinda seemless but still some work for reimbursements

Referral program doesnt work. I was promised a $250 gift card and never came.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set certain merchant TYPES, or specific merchants, and/or spend limits is a great, helpful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things you can't customize
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly process charges instead of waiting for monthly statement, ease of import into accounting program, cash back, ability to customize card usage/limits
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you are able to import into your accounting system to get the most benefits. They do analyze your spending to save you additional money, in fact they just saved us $79 in rebates from Home Depot, automatically, without us having to do anything.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Ramp is to use. The fact that I can email, text or upload an invoice makes things so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is how many emails you receive if you don't upload your invoice quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is making reimbursements so much easier for our Company. It also has improved how we track individual spend as well as overall for our vendors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a fantastic tool for an organization trying to streamline processes. It has allowed us to have better insight into our overall spend and create budgets going forward.

What do you like best about the product?
it has a simple layout and it's easy for navigation

I don't like the extra step of taking a picture of receipts and then matching, a mobile app to snap pictures directly would be better.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a different credit card for each platform, the fact it has reimbursements and bill pay all on one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have had nothing but a good impression and experience using Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of visibility with company credit card charges and a cheaper solution for employees to log reimbursements. As a small team, automated credit card notifications are extremely beneficial and time-saving.

What do you like best about the product?
What is better than getting a free lunch from my company? Being able to purchase it with a Ramp card! This first-time user was surprised at how easy it was to use my Ramp card and have Ramp document my purchase by matching my receipt. Gone are the days of having to manually submit an expense report with attached receipts. Yay!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I ordered online since I was not confident that I could use it in person at a store/restaurant. Would love more info on that.

Takes the place of manual expense reports.
