Excellent so far! Super friendly platform, the ramp team always ahead of our needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The cashback of course, the receipts automation and the BI solution.

Nothing at all so far, everything is going under our expectations

Issuing cards velocity, really quick. Credit without collateral and expense tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, seamless, smart, nice design, everything is amazing.

Honestly theres nothing that I dont like. its been great!

The clunky, antiquated mess that is expense management software!

Expense Management
Painless expense process
What do you like best about the product?
I love the expense matching feature and the ability to enter a memo from an email. It makes expenses painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rules for expenses could be flogged when broken to require additional approval

Frictionless expense reporting
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use. Expense reporting is much quicker as a result than with legacy expense systems. Make sure to set up workflow rules for exceptions.
Quick and easy expense with no fuss!
What do you like best about the product?
You pay for something and rather than open a separate app you send a text message with your receipt and you are done. It's that easy, no more missing expense.
What do you dislike about the product?
International number to send receipts, however you can simply send an email which is the same thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and efficient way to submit expense. No fuss and more importantly you won't forget to submit an expense and be out of pocket.

If you are not sure, try it. Saves paperwork and time and will ensure you get the money back!
Smooth transition for expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is incredibly easy to get up and going. We were able to start using virtual cards immediately after we linked our banks. With the ability to restrict vendor types and categories, we're looking forward to creating programs like transit subsidy or company event per diem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations are still a bit ambiguous. We weren't sure why the Slack app wasn't sending notifications, nor did we see automatic text notifications for receipts needed. We haven't set this up yet, but are hoping to soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes expense reporting a breeze. The receipt request notifications with auto-lock on the cards is a great feature. The platform is simple enough to use that our operations team can manage it directly, rather than constantly communicating with finance to handle card requests and expense reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that my employees enjoy it the best. Easy for them to learn and use. Particularly wonderful for expensing, as well as utilizing as a tool for things like conference expenses and per diems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The 1.5% cashback isn't as high as the 2% we get on other cards.

Expenses, financial accounting, expensing, and mileage.
