Keep track of expenses easily
What do you like best about the product?
I am glad to do my expenses on my phone. It's easy to upload receipts and code them. It even keeps track of receipts that I have uploaded earlier than the vendor has charged me. It's great that Ramp keeps the receipts in its records and matches them later. It eliminates the risk of losing receipts. The system is easy to use and to maintain an eye on the expenses of others in my division. I look at it daily to keep track of how money is being spent. I have found it easy to adapt to and virtually everyone who works with me has found it easy to adopt. It's so much easier to use than the older systems that we had to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to find things when you need them, things like adding additional participants to events. I find it hard to explain to employees where to find things unless I am showing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had to report any difficulties.

Easy to use - great rebates -Easy implementation and syncs to Quickbooks online
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting reimbursements for personal use can be tricky - Like there is no option to remind them or resend the request

Saving us time on recording transactions and compliance (getting receipts and memos)

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate having the ability to both pay with credit cards, but also pay vendor invoices by check or ACH
What do you dislike about the product?
Some processes are not as intuitive as I would like, but overall everything still functions well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to have to use my personal credit score for my business, smoothing the process for reviewing purchases, making payments to vendors.
Significant Improvement for Credit Card and Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is extremely easy to use, allowing users with all levels of technical ability to easily utilize it. It saves our users and accounting department time and saves our company money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there is not integration with the Karmak Fusion ERP so we manually are exporting and importing transactions between Ramp and Karmak Fusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time for users and accounting with receipt and memo gathering, automated GL assignment, ease of transaction review and research.
Ramp streamlines finance procxesses all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Imagine AR, AP and expense management all in one platform. That's Ramp! Ramp streamlines 3 major finance proceses all in one platform and has robust approval workflows, spend programs that can be used for most projects, events for better funds management and a reconciliation process that is a breeze. Working with a dedicated account manager helps in addressing most issues that arise. Ramp also integrates with Quickbooks online and the flow of information is well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp has room to grow in the approval workflow and automation especially with reimbursements. There's no way for employees or guests to request reimbursements via checks and automated setups don't really work for reimbursements through spend programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is very helpful with expense management. Employees can easily code their expenses and the auto lock on employee cards helps moticvate employees to code their expenses on a timely fashion. That has improved the turnover rate of financial reports to management and the board and has saved finance time spent running after employees to code their expenses.
Excellent interface and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, approving expenses is simple, categorizing expenses to the appropriate accounts is easy and creating rules to automatically categorize the same expenses moving forward is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish syncing the expenses to Quick Books online was quicker. I also wish I could pull a point-in-time report to see how much was spent as of a certain date or in a certain period.

Time saver!
Ramp just works
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is simple, no learning curve. Everything works instantly: approvals, denials, card issues, changes, payments. So easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We love ramp. We have used similar competitor products and even though they look the same, they aren't ramp on speed, functionality, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a geographically dispersed team. Ramp supports us moving quickly in the field for fuel & supplies, and keeps our back office unbothered with awesome expense automation.
Time is more productive
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to keep up with receipts, being able to override certain charges, the credit card statement is much easier to balance
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no drawbacks at this time! no drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My boss doesn't have to keep up with receipts, I can override the budget line for expenses if necessary. Better use of our time.
Quickly Pay Bills
What do you like best about the product?
The syncing with QBO is very helpful. Ramp is able to categorize expenses automatically and with a simple press of the button, it syncs transactions to Quickbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small learning curve. I have found that some things are not intuitively where they should be, but once you get the hang of it, super simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solves the need for repetitive keying of credit card charges and coding to accounting system.
Extremely intuitive and easy friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and saves a lot of time. It also makes it very easy to manage tool expenses and understand where we are putting our money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chasing folks to upload all their expense details every month
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The insights dashboard has been a great addition.
