its user friendly for the whole team. easy to make spending restrictions and policies.

all of the emails I get haha.can sometimes be a little accessive and could probably be consolidated

The east way to track business spending
What do you like best about the product?
It is so convenient to be able to snap a picture of your receipt or have them match your receipt from an email confirmation. Ramp has greatly increased our productivity and accounting accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp is great, I have no complaints. We are ramp lifers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is keeping our accounting and bookkeeping in order.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and helps me focus on the rest of my business without worrying.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hitting spending limits can be confusing, but I don't see how they could do it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need spending cards to consolidate my expenses and give employees autonomy to make purchases.
Very straightforward in set up and uploading receipts.

The automatic receipt matching and upload.

I wish the site was laid out a bit more clearly.

Business expense accountability. It allows me to see what my stores spend.

Ramp integrates easily with Quickbooks and is very easy to use.

We had an issue importing our prior merchant card charges into Ramp and I had to contact customer support to resolve.

It makes it easy to capture receipts and create workflows to approve expenses.

Credit limited is not fixed even though we provided good cash flow proof

Ramp rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy to use and matches your receipts in your google email to the expenses. For example- yesterday I went to the post office and mailed some packages for work. They emailed me the receipt and Ramp automatically matched the receipt to the expense. Awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Ramp has been easy and seamless. So, I don't have any dislikes regarding their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the problem of ordering business cards, having a virtual business card, managing these cards easily, and then matching expenses to receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp takes all of today's technology and combines it so that it fully streamlines the accounting and operations processes while maximizing efficieny. As an accountant, it feels like Christmas every day that I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't have any constructive criticism. I'm still fairly new to the platform, so time may tell, but everything I have seen, so far, has been amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies the receipt submission process for all users. It simplifies the accounting process. It merges your users with your accounting department in a way that nothing else has achieved to date.
Choosing Ramp over Brex
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using - and liking - Brex for about a year now, but Brex indicated that it was focusing more on startups and we aren't in their ideal customer base any longer. Ramp offers better cash-back benefits and all the features like virtual cards and individual limits are still there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just be aware that Ramp is a charge card, not a credit card, and the full amount is due each month ... though I think they do offer financing if you need it. I'm sure there is more info on their site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing the spending of a remote team where I want to be able to empower everyone to buy what they need to do their job while still maintaining tight cash and spending controls.

What do you like best about the product?
Handling expenses and creating virtual cards for employees
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI flow could be improved. I'm still unsure how to get to my travel program without navigating directly from the email link. There are plenty of situations where I need to handle a one-off payment or other issues like that, which are difficult unless I'm going straight from the email sent to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management and travel programs have been very useful. I can let other employees make purchases on behalf of the company without needing much overhead. A simple slack command allows individuals handle expenses or make card requests.
