What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, both for users and Supervisor. Great visibility and real-time tracking of all spending on the back end of the system. No expense reports required!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging at times when trying to match hotel receipts. Many hotels place a "hold" on the card, and you receive a notification that you need to submit a receipt. However, you then need to submit a final receipt, which can be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp is the most user friendly way to do expenses.
What do you like best about the product?
everything is self explanatory and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing i dont have any issues with it. so much easier than traditional expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i dont have to physically scan expenses and everything is so easy with email and pictures.I am more productive and have more time to do more work.

Super easy to use UI and smooth sync to accounting software!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing i can think of at the moment and I highly recommend to all startups!!

Real time credit card transaction sync and no need to reconcile heavy credit card statements going forward

The automated receipt matching has been great. It takes receipt collection from challenging and time consuming to effortless.

Statement and payment cycle doesn't align with similar products.

Solves receipt collection challenges and automates time consuming entry and categorization into accounting software.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Easy to link receipts. Text and email receipt matching is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think category assignment could use a little work.

Nothing yet. Still to early to tell.
Very user friendly!

I love that it is user friendly, and as an administrator...Ramp does the nagging for receipts and memos, I don't have to!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to connect to ramp through Quickbooks to import my transactions instead of the other way around. For now it works fine as it is...just less convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me be audit friendly and gives us the opportunity to have each of our employees who are traveling able to use a company card.

Quick to get setup. Doesn't spam me. I'm overall quite happy with the service

Sometimes the UI is unintuitive, at least to me. But a google search usually gets me there pretty quick

What do you like best about the product?
The team is extremely responsive and knowledgeable in negotiating and positioning us best for our new and renewal contracts. Truly feel like part of our team.

There was nothing that I disliked about working with Ramp. 100% positive experience.

They are helping us develop a structure and process to effectively, and economically, negotiate all of our contracts.
Easy to administer AND use
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is one of the easiest tools our company has ever implemented. Not only is it easy to roll out and train employees to utilize, but the administration side of Ramp is simple, easy, and does virtually all of the work automatically. The ability to text, email, and upload pictures and memos has eliminated delays and it provides an instant reminder to grab the receipt. Reconciliation is immediate because of the features offered by Ramp!
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any system, it takes a bit to organize prior to set up. But, once you have it organized and the set up (which our Rep helped us from beginning to end), it was easy. We are still navigating some cost breakouts unique to our business, but that's less about Ramp and more about the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have delays in receiving receipts and we do not have to chase down people to send in their expenses. The reimbursement feature has made expense reimbursement simple and easy.
