Good.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to forward reciepts and how it auto matches. I also like that i can enter memo directly in my mail instead of logging into the app. The card looks good :).
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing maybe you are already considering is when i book hotels, the actual card swipe will happen later but i already have the reciept. If i send the receipt, you hold it for 7 days to try and match i think. But usually we book hotels much ahead of time. So may be you want to increase that duration?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel expenses mainly. Thankfully all spending now happens usually on Uber, Doordash etc and hence we get emails that can just be forwarded instead of the old ways of taking a picture and attaching.

What do you like best about the product?
All services are fast and helpful. They make it easy to track spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a couple days to be approved and it wasn't clear to me where I was in the application process as it was occurring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was doing all business spending on a debit card before getting Ramp. I can now keep track of my expenses and do so in a "safe" way.
Outstanding spend management and corporate card tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is very intuitive to use and provides us with excellent visibility into our team's spend. Takes seconds to onboard new team members and set up cards, receipt matching for users is very intuitive, and new features (like bill pay) are being released all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our credit limit is lower than we would like (but still >6 figures). Otherwise, we have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps us track the spending of our remote team and ensure compliance with T&E policy

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Everything just works seamlessly. Setting up was a breeze, integrations with QuickBooks were a snap, and the team ahs no trouble with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a thing! It really is painless and has taken a lot of manual tasks out of our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consulting firm, we have a lot of staff that have expense needs & reimbursements with some being billable and some not. Ramp makes it simple - we can snap photos of receipts, create rules for matching, customize approvals, and get rid of nuisance paperwork.
The ideal credit card experience
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use, so intuitive, super clean UI, never struggling to find anything as I am with my other personal cards. Absolutely love how easy it is to pay bills, increase limits, see account balance, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing? I have only had positive experiences with Ramp, I don't have any feedback or suggestions... :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy for businesses to manage their spend - compared with Bank of America this is a total dream. We were literallly using cash for everything until we started with Ramp and now managing our spend is sooo much better.
Having a ramp card for all our employees has made our life easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Ramp is Transparency and convenience to manage our spends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to write here but probably what if Ramp had an app as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the problem of access of funds to employees and at the same time helping admins see where the company money is being spent. Receipt management which has been the #1 problem for finance teams is resolved in world class manner.
Immediate records eliminates hours-long reconciliation later
What do you like best about the product?
By recording receipts immediately, it eliminates the need for hours of reconciliation later. I have a very difficult time with paper receipts, and need to record everything at the time of purchase or it gets jumbled later on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still need to be asked consistently - as soon as I make a purchase - to upload a receipt. If I don't get that text right away - which sometimes I don't - I may not get to it until days later. And there's always a chance I've lost the paper receipt by then. I would appreciate getting the text ASAP...consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost eliminates the need for monthly expense reports, which is a huge headache. That gives me more time to spend on the important side of our non-profit - taking care of our clients
Great Service and Stellar Reciept Matching
What do you like best about the product?
No upsides yet unless you count choosing your NeoStatus or whatever we call them! The matching is amazing and reduces time and stress by 100 percent. Very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to choose the Neo- labels for the receipts.

The organization of travel receipts and per diem/out of pocket expenses is too restrictive. Needs to allow for admin control.
