Intuitive Design Makes Matching Easy, But Vendor Clarity Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to match invoices with expenses, as well as the intuitive design of the system. It also helps that I can quickly recognize the codes for certain repeat vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I notice an expense from a vendor I don't recognize, which means I have to spend extra time looking into what the charge is for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to input matching data to the vendor and the expense and then code it properly with the stored codes.

Ramp is one of those rare tools that actually makes finance enjoyable. Its interface is intuitive, the automation features are clever, and the insights save me hours of manual work each week. It has completely changed the way we handle spending, approvals, and reporting, all while maintaining a refreshingly simple approach.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s not much missing! If Ramp were to develop into a full-fledged accounting platform, we would gladly phase out our Sage Intacct instance. The two main features we’re hoping for are multi-currency support, since we operate entities in both the US and India, and the ability to consolidate entities with multi-dimensional tracking for more in-depth cost analysis. If Ramp could offer these, it wouldn’t just serve as our spend management tool—it would become our complete finance stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has transformed the way we handle company spending, monitor budgets, and uphold policies, all while avoiding the usual hassles associated with finance tools. It has enabled us to shift away from manual reconciliations and spreadsheet-based expense tracking, providing real-time visibility and automation instead. As a result, we have reduced our month-end close time, enhanced compliance, and empowered department heads with immediate insights into their expenditures. Ultimately, Ramp has elevated finance from a traditional back-office role to a true business enabler, which is a significant advantage for any organization experiencing growth.

Exceptional UI/UX, Almost Perfect for Mid-Size Nonprofit
What do you like best about the product?
Incredible UI/UX that allows every action I need to take to be taken in an extremely efficient and quick manner. I actually don't have to use Ramp all that often or for a long time because it is so effective. Truly cuts down on time spent on expense management. Phenomenal for a small to mid-size organization. The cost being free is also wonderful for us as a nonprofit. Customer support is superb, with an unbelievably good AI assistant who doesn't just answer questions, but can take action on your natural language input.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features you have to pay for. Specifically we would love to track multiple entities in Ramp, but it's not worth paying hundreds of dollars just for us to do that as a smaller nonprofit organization. We would also really appreciate a discount on the Plus plan as a nonprofit, which is not something Ramp offers. Physical cards take an extremely long time to receive in the mail (up to 14 days in some cases).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp automates receipt collection, and assigning card transactions directly to the appropriate account in QuickBooks Online.
Effortless Receipt Matching and Automated Expense Details
What do you like best about the product?
The receipt matching is a breeze. It generates a lot the details of an expense automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides. It's the best expense management app I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking receipts and expenses in a more timely manner has grately improved under Ramp, as has moving reimbursements and expenses into one process.
Ramp Revolutionized Our Expense Management—A Must for the Construction Industry
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has completely changed how we handle expenses. Coming from the construction industry, I only wish I had this tool years ago. Every employee once had a company credit card for fuel, materials, or travel — which meant endless chasing for receipts and daily reminder emails. Someone was assigned just to collect, scan, and tape receipts to white paper (yes, really!). With Ramp, those days are gone. Employees snap a photo, and transactions sync instantly. I love how easy it is to see real-time spend by job and how seamlessly it integrates with QuickBooks Online. It’s modern, intuitive, and a game-changer for anyone managing field teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. The only minor challenge was adjusting to all the new automation options at first, but once you understand the workflows, you’ll never go back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp eliminated the chaos of managing company credit cards and employee receipts. In construction, it’s common for team members to make small purchases in the field — fuel, materials, and travel expenses — but tracking those transactions was a daily struggle. Ramp automates the process by requiring receipts and categorization at the point of purchase, not weeks later. It provides instant visibility into spending across projects, gives me accurate real-time data in QuickBooks Online, and saves hours of manual work every month. What used to take a full-time person to chase and reconcile now happens automatically.
Efficiency Booster with Room for Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find that Ramp significantly improves efficiency in my work, primarily through the considerable time savings in expense reporting and travel booking. Tasks that previously accounted for 10 to 15% of my work week now only take up about 5%, which represents a roughly 30% reduction in the time I spend on these tasks. I also appreciate the ease of use of Ramp's initial interface, which made the setup and adoption process smooth. The mobile app for expense reporting is incredibly valuable, allowing me to manage expenses without hassle, and the ability to book travel from anywhere adds to its convenience. Due to these benefits, I feel confident recommending Ramp to others, as reflected in my high recommendation score of nine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find accessing customer support challenging, particularly when mistakes occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save significant time on expense reporting and travel booking, reducing this from 10-15% of my work week to approximately 5%, thanks to Ramp's mobile app and travel features.
It doesn't get more simple!
What do you like best about the product?
Submitting receipts is incredibly easy. I like that I can simply text a receipt and fill in the necessary fields, which makes handling expenses much more efficient. The reminders Ramp sends to help with coding expenses are also very helpful—they keep me from falling behind. Instead of having to gather multiple expenses into one report, I can address each expense individually, which makes the whole process feel much less overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't imagine it being any simpler! With Ramp, handling expenses feels as easy as sending a text message, rather than facing the dreaded 'expense report' at the end of a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Field Service Technician who is constantly on the road and dealing with daily expenses, having a platform that streamlines the process of coding multiple expenses each day really eases my mental workload.
All-in-One Credit Card and Bill Management with Seamless QBO Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to handle several credit cards along with reimbursements and bill-pay in one platform that integrates with QBO.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI auto fill doesn't always get the categories right. We often have special cases where the same vendor is coded differently depending the type of project, so manual corrections are required. I don't mind manual entry, but manual corrections can be easy to miss. To be fair, Ramp seems to be paying attention to the user experience, and has been improving consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform for expense management across different types of employees and vendors.
