Diligent Community successfully ELEVATES!
What do you like best about the product?
The attractive, user-friendly public site and expanded administrative functionality has increased public access, transparency and efficiency. The Diligent team is top-notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some glitches with the migration of data from Boarddocs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a website that contains all things Board-related. I like that community can click on a section dedicated to engagement. That’s a big deal for my district. I also like how the minutes are created from the agenda and signatures can be affixed electronically.
Makes my Job Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the text message approvals that I can use when administrators are traveling. I like that it looks the same on all of my devices. I like that I have historical information on agenda items that have been submitted and that I can duplicate those items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. If a feature doesn’t apply to my organization, I just don’t use that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency with community members. This equates to less phone calls or emails. Also do not have to print paper packets, but if I do, it is a lot easier than the past.
Great Transition Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Cottonwood-Oak Creek School District is very pleased with our transition process from BoardDocs to Diligent Community. Software has a fresh clean look and is easy to navigate for all stakeholders providing transparency and efficiency in board functions. Diligent is very responsive to customer needs and is always ready and available to assist in making the experience better for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there is nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that Diligent is forward thinking about AI and their delayed response was purposely aligned to the company, values, vision and mission. I'm excited to see how it will address meeting minute preparation.

The features allow for additional transparency to the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming at times when going through the features.

Provide more transparency and content rich features.
Great hands on conference
What do you like best about the product?
Being new to my school district, the staff at Diligent have been so helpful in explaining everything, even on an entry level scope.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not familiar enough with the software to dislike anything.

Everything was very helpful during this conference to get me prepared for the transition.

A Little complicated. It should be more user friendly.

This entire conference is on point.
Tough to switch from board docs but as we learn more we like it better

The two step process where diligent one manages users outside of community is confusing and caused a lot of issues at the jump

What do you like best about the product?
The public portal was what tipped the scale to Diligent. The site provides transparency for the public and so much more information at their fingertips. The internal program is also easy to use and have proven to be fairly intuitive for our staff users. I works recommend anyone looking an agenda aka meeting management solution to definitely give serious consideration to Diligent!

I would love an option to schedule recurring meetings!

Public portal simplifies the sharing of information and meeting agenda.
The ease of agenda creation and sharing internally and with board members has simplified my processes!

Ease of implementation; customer support.

Not able to search easily from the adminstrator side.

The assistance with Board meetings. Board voting, and work flow.
Diligent Community makes board meetings accessible.

User experience for board members is simplified with many neat features for notetaking. Public view looks like a polished website.

A few bugs but Diligent team are quick to handle them.

Diligent Community cuts down need for printed board documents and get the information to the people that need it sooner.
