The new features, especially Draft and the Dynamic Workflow.

Hard to say. Probably the MT selector: it could spoil my job.

I find it.a great choice for customers looking for real automation.

The thing I like the best about Smartling is hands down the awesome team that is responsible for our success. We always feel cared for and listened to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike! There are small improvements that could be made, such as opening jobs in new tabs, but overall, I am very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from formal language to informal language in certain languages. This has improved our translated content extensively! Now customers are spoken to in a way that resonates with them.

Give it a try and see how great it is! There’s so much you can do, so it’s worth checking out.

The platform is very versatile and the customer support is great, they care about your projects and want to make things easier for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike, internal translators who don’t use the platform every day or aren’t that tech savvy do sometimes find it a little complicated

Excellent for scaling translations for enterprises
What do you like best about the product?
I loved that Smartling integrates with so many of our current technology partners like Drupal and Marketo. We are subtle to push translations easily and see the process from start to finish. Couldn’t be bigger fans.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a new platform so we have some trouble getting training materials or getting support at times. This isn't something that takes away from the value that they provide however, just something to be mindful of after the on-boarding process is complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of translation management and have realized cost and time savings. We are able to translate more words faster and do it more cost effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed this year Smartling Global ready conference. From seeing new products to meeting people and learning best and new ways on doing things. It sparks creativity and infuses passion for this industry. Thank you for the well organized event.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to bring my am along. Maybe thinking about next time taking this conferences to other countries besides the Uk. It will be infusing to truly go global

Translation in a large scale for different products and different teams and doing a timely job every time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow notifications are string level . They should be at Job level . When whole job is advanced to next level only then reviewers should get notification. This is currently a pain point for us . I discussed this with Eric on Genius Bar.

We are using Smartling for website localization.
